“I received someone else's order, I emailed the CS team 3 working days ago & have yet to receive a reply. I followed up again today as the item I purchased was a gift & the person's birthday has passed I want to receive the correct order ASAP. I'm also not willing to pay for the return as this was not my error, it was a simple picking/packaging error”

“Paying for postage for returns isn't something that entices me to shop with USC again. Neither is the fact that each item delivered was damaged or faulty. One pair of boots had a staple sticking up into the sole of my foot.”

“Very bad they sent the wrong item then I had to stand my ground as they wanted to fob me off. I got a store voucher in return for the money I spent. Will not use the shop again.”

“I ordered a Kangol hat from USC on 13 the October 18 it's now 21st October 18 still no sign of it . Order tacking said it was collected . Courier is Hermes . Very unhappy that I still haven't received my purchase .”

“If I could give 0 I would have. Was sent incorrect product. Took back to shop and after having to ask three attendants to serve me and the two customers in front of me I was advised I could only get store credit. To revive a refund I would have to post back, even though as I read it on the website it will cost me to send it back even though I was sent the incorrect product. Will not be using company again and would recommend others don’t too.”

“My 1st and defiantly my last purchase from this site, placed order over a week ago, made several calls to customer services (at 13p a minute) for assistance as to where my order was that the confirmation email said would be delivered on Monday, firstly to be told it had been shipped then to be told it could be have been lost in the warehouse, either way my order hasn't been fulfilled and I probably £5 out of pocket in customer service call charges.”

“Delivery was delayed by two days but I paid for next day delivery . The sweatshirt looked so different online to the one that I received, this is very misleading. Cannot say I’ll be shopping with USC again!”

“I was drawn to the website of the variety of brands available. I was astonished by the expense of postage to send out and back. You have to pay 2 lots of postage and it’s a ridiculous price. To my knowledge I don’t believe you get anything back. I will not be ordering from the website again.”

“Very dissatisfied with the store. Product does not meet the description. One shoe has a white sole, the other has a yellow sole. One boot has skin damage. If I bought goods at a discount, it does not mean that you can send low-quality goods. I do not recommend shopping in this store.”

“Paid for next day delivery and didn’t get my items for 3 days, I had to ring to find out where my order was nobody notified me! 2 days I had to take off work and both days were wasted waiting in! Customer services were not helpful at all or bothered about my complaint Won’t be using again!”

“If I could leave a zero for the review I would have. You should never ever order online from usc. There courier service is terrible, I paid £7.99 for next day delivery. After a week of waiting for my items I cancelled my order and was told I would have to wait 10-14 days for a refund. That’s almost a month to get my money refunded. Still waiting for my money back. Don’t order anything online from usc!!!”

“bougth 78 £ of clothing and paid 26 £ for shipping, when recieved the package DHL asked me to pay 80£ for shipping fees and no not for customs i asked why and they said you can refuse the package and we send it back. this is the first issue i encountred with a retailer and when you ask usc why they send you a message saying we have sent your package. if you get the idea then im not, i would not buy again from usc. avoid dhl also as much as you can.”

“Absolutely terrible service. I paid for next day delivery and still haven’t recieved my order. This was a week ago now. I rang two days ago to speak to customer services who said they would get back to me as I want a refund which they haven’t botherd to.”
