Still don’t have my order after more than a week so not impressed with service at all

The service was awful and my item was returned to sender and I was refined this is not what I wanted as I was expecting my order and I thought this was a reliable company to shop from but I was wrong. I placed several other orders from other companies and they all were delivered with no issue

It was a nightmare, i paid 12.99 for a parcel that i needed to wait 15 days for delivery!!!! Guys i do not live in freaking Mars for that kind of delivery.I had purchase that came from US and China faster than yours.I do not care how why and what is your 3rd party delivery carrier it was chosen by you and i do not deal with him my deal is with you, it is clearly said 3-5 days. As a ex regular customer of yours i clearly say that i will never again shop from you and i will tell ,share and everything else everywhere in the internet the bad experience from you.

Ordered for next day delivery and paid a premium of £6.99 as wanted the order in time for the weekend which was still 5 days after order. Over 1 week later and my order has still not arrived and your customer services seem to be passing the blame to the courier. Will NEVER be buying anything from USC again after this absolute shambles of an experience. No contact number to speak to anyone and a generic response within 3 days. Avoid at all costs

Item not in stock after payment was made. Wanted to change to another colour or style. Customer care do not reply to your e-mails. Would have to pay an additional £11 for postage!

Normally good but last items i payed for was a big let down. One out of stock and other Item sent was damaged, so payed for postage just to get it just to pay again to send back. £8 there about out of pocket. Safe to say was not happy. Would think it should have bin checked before going out.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I placed and payed order two weeks ago and still heard NOTHING! I had confirmation to say they've taken my money and that's it. USELESS, currently wording an email to trading standards

When you’re making an order over £200, you would expect either free delivery to your home address or free collection and free returns. Most online retailers offer this on much smaller orders, so I was shocked when I had to pay £11 to return the items tracked post on top of the £4.99 delivery charge to a sports direct store. I would never personally or recommend anyone order from either usc or sports direct ever again.

I ordered a pair of shoes on line and when they arrived they were completely the wrong ones. I drove to my local usc store and was told that I couldn’t exchange or get a refund because I bought them on line. I then got home and spend who knows how long on the phone trying to get through to customer services. Then had to drive to a local store to drop off for Hermes. Cost and time for what was not my error. Terrible customer after care. Will not use again.

Was very quick and easy too order but then I received a email after paying that the shoe would be subject to stock availability but next day received a email to say order had been processed the shoe arrived 3 days before the due date which was really good as I needed to replace the same ones I work for work but on arrival you could tell that one shoe had been on display I had to wash before use as their was marks on them and it looked faded too the other one

I never get my training shoes. Hermes delivered it for someone else, even I payed priority. I'm very unhappy.

Bought shoes advertised as a size 46.5, receives/sent a 47.5. Asked for delivery charges to be refunded and refused. Told that even though advertisement was not accurate or reflected what I bought, tough luck. Dreadful customer experience.

I received a jumper with a hole in it,when I complained USC said they were sorry and that I would have to pay postage to return the item in order to get a refund! Talk is cheap postage is not, very poor !

you are a liar, you have canceled my orders twice because you do not have any size! why? to pay the shipment for nothing! I do not recommend!
