I ordered a dkny jumper from USC but I don’t think its original dkny. very poor quality I spent money on delivery both ways such a waste of money

Ordered on the friday the 28th of September, was told it would arrive at pc world/currys by 12pm Sunday. It didn't, then emailed DPD who told me they didnt have it despite the tracking showing they did. Emailed USC who told me DPD had it, emailed DPD again on wednesday they said they checked tracking and didnt have it. Called USC on Friday who told me DPD had it and it was being sent back to USC for unknown reasons. Then today it arrives at my door delivered by Hermes. Was told by USC over the phone that I would receive an email saying it was being sent back out but I didnt get an email. Also how would DPD get it back to them and hermes bring it to me in less than 18 hours. All in all took over a week and multiple calls/emails to get what I ordered. Wont be using USC or any DPD delivery again.

I ordered a Regular size shirt,Slim FIt was received not only was I disappointed the sale also cost me money as I had to return the shirt at my expense.NOT HAPPY

I haven’t received my goods yet. I have received emails from DPD saying I have rescheduled delivery, when I haven’t. I have had no response from USC to emails I have sent asking for an update. All in all an extremely bad experience, and one that means I won’t shop with you again. Whether it is an issue with DPD or USC. I don’t know. As a consumer, I don’t care. I have paid my money to USC and expect you to ensure efficient delivery - you haven’t.

The assistant at the Brarford Forster Square branch (tall blonde girl) was horrid and rude upon serving me. I will never be going back to that store again!.

To be honest, I think the service is poor. I ordered the product on the 26th September which was over a week ago. I haven't had an email to say the product is ready to pick up. I find the service to be very slow in comparison to other places I shop. Can someone confirm when this will be ready? Please. Order number: USC40000050463066

That is crapiest online shopping i seen in my life now now 10 days since i have ordered one order for 26 items i have received only 18 items now its 11 days still not recived the other items or any refund that is terrible Where is my items where is the refund now????

Dreadful experience. They cancelled half of the order between order and despatch. They then don’t allow you to cancel... so you are left with heavy delivery charges for half an order. Then when returning the full order you do not get postage refunded. Plus you pay for returns. To round it all off... they do not respond to a complaint email. I will avoid at all costs going forward. Like retail from the dark old days.

Waited since 18th sept for trainers, finally turn up wrong size and in a box that's doesn't even match the make of the trainer plus has customers details on it, was then left to return myself and waiting on a refund,not heard from customer services even though I sent an email, disappointing for my first time ordering

Appalling service. It took you 11 weeks to tell me my item of clothing was out of stock which also prolonged me receiving my other items.

I never received my order and the customer service response has been unbelievably sluggish. I’ve sent two emails and rang up and have still heard nothing. Does anyone even work for you. Terrible service. As for the product I wouldn’t know.

Very disappointed with the delivery service. £5 yet it took 3 days to be dispatched then a further 2 days to be delivered. I'd love to know what justifies the £5 cost.

Bad knews 1. I paid for tracking delivery and left a note “if no one is home leave with neighbours” I had to collect from post office. (Why am I paying for a service not provided?) 2. Product damaged on arrival. 3. No option for refund on return sheet. 4. Wrong size sent. 5. I expect a refund. (Faulty goods)
