Received a T-Shirt with several small holes in it, which I was planning to wear the day it came. I emailed saying that I wasn’t willing to pay to sent it back. The customer service said that they will send me a Hermes label but I haven’t yet received it after many days. Very disappointed.

Ordered online for delivery to collect from store. Took over a week for them to process the order and would of taken a further 3 working days to reach the store. I cancelled my order. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had ordering online

Very poor service from usc, bought 3 things and all security tags still on. Costumer service was no help and could only advise to take back to shop which was too far away to get to.

My click and collect order which I had the order of paying handsomely has STILL not arrived in store for collection nearly a week and a half later. I can see that it’s been processed and not shipped to store yet anytime I asked for help, they just kept repeating this!! It’s unlikely my order will be of any use to me by the time it eventually arrives as I bought the items for going on holiday. Customer service and delivery times are shocking.

Cheap becomes expensive, i ordered a size 10 and received a size 7, not only that but the shoes had a mark (scratch/dent) on the top, like they wasnt new, and the box was absolutely broken, i had to replace them instantly and pay 14£ on top of the money i paid for delivery, that's loosing 20£ for nothing. Im scared about ordering another pair of my size and this happens again... Dissapointed.

Disgrace...in its totality that in this day and age you have to pay to return an item hrnce leaving you to weigh up whether to return it or not!!!! Beggers belief!!!!

I emailed about refund policy and my questions were not answered in the reply and I was simply sent a link which I had already explained isn’t clear to me

Fast delivery but I purchase several items of clothing which arrived in bag in a poor condition, items where not bagged and were just creased and threw in packaging, the presentation was terrible and I purchased as a gift so not impressed

Disgusting customer strive. Charges £5.99 for delivery in-store, you would think that means it would be next day but instead it is over a week after the order was placed. Staff in the Stockport store were hugely unaccommodating, didn't seem to care at all only kept reiterating that we could email someone if we wanted. We will never be ordering from this company again.

I paid £6.99 for next day delivery and it took 4 days by that time my grandson had left for his holiday. I would like my £6.99 back. Thank you Kareen

Second time I've ordered from here and both times has been appalling, wouldn't recommend buying from here, played extra for delivery next day arrived 3days overdue

baught 2 firetrap jumpers they say medium but there obvisly factory seconds or conterifet because there more likea large i cant wear them ill have give them away to someone. and i baught apair of soviet shoes and got sent 2 different coulour shoes so had to email and wait for them to be exchanged avoid this company. go to mandmdirect or some other seller

Ordered 12 items 3 arrived dirty. After numerous messages through fb which I received one reply i got told to ring customer services couldn't get through as line kept saying where experiencing high call volumes please try again later. 3 days later I got through. Poor service

Product arrived, should have been a pack of the 3 Calvin Klein knickers but only 2 in a damaged box and security tag left on one of the pairs! Not happy at all!!!

Delivery said between 3-5 days. 8 days in and still no email to say I can pick up my order from my local sports direct. These were for my son's birthday. He's not happy.
