I ordered a tracksuit for my boyfriend and still haven’t received the top to it. I have sent countless emails and they keep saying it’s been despatched. A week later and it still hasn’t arrived with paying for delivery. Shocking service

Booked next day deliver, never arrived. Contacted customer services, no reply for days. Half my order arrived the other half didn’t, no correspondence to tell me this would be the case. Overall very poor service and I wouldn’t use your online ordering again!

The people in sports direct where I picked my order up were very rude. They only gave me one parcel at first and I nearly had an argument with them as they were adamant I only had one parcel. I asked them to check again and then they come back with my full order. Nightmare

If I could give zero I would , very bad customer serious ! No help atall will not being shopping again with you Can’t get over that I sent 4 emails and no reply and no email to say my order was shipped had to tack it down myself

I still haven't received my parcel and have had no contact back from your support team regarding where it is! 10 days it's missing! Money left my account straight away. Its a shame I have to give this Feedback but i will never order off usc again.

First time customer l, failed to send me my full order had no information regarding why an item was missing had to call numerous times, still awaiting an item, I won’t shop here again

Finally I got my delivery after 31 days.poor customer care from your part. I send 10 emails and I got only one reply. Really bad online experience in my life, I usually by lot of sports items. I didn’t get delivery long time finally I send email for legal proceedings then only I got deliver. I spoke to my solicitor and trying to proceed then delivery came. I dip get any apologies from your customer care.supposed to compensate me.

Terrible service, didn’t receive a notification to tell me the parcel was ready to collect. Went to the Asda store on three separate occasions to locate the parcel. Finally found it (no name on the parcel), to find that only half the order has been sent out, but have been charged the full value. No one has got back to me from CS.

I have emailed 3 times regarding a exchange item of clothing and have tried to contact customer services but no contact number is available. I have had no response to any of the emails I have sent and I am left waiting to hear if and when I can expect to receive the exchanged item. Very poor customer service

I'd give 0 if it was an option I paid for next day delivery on a jacket I bought and you spent two weeks dispatching it out of your warehouse and kept sending me computerised emails of how it's getting dispatched to me same day. Not ordering from usc again. Suck your mums

The service was appalling. Despite paying for next day delivery, I recieved my order over a week later in two separate orders. After 5 complaint forms I eventually got a response. You can't even call the company directly! Will never be shopping from here again.

Terrible company. My advice is NEVER order from them. I ordered and paid for £178 worth of clothing from them. They only sent me £144 of the clothing I ordered but never sent me a refund despite me making contact to request this on more than one occasion. So basically have have stolen £34 from me! I also paid extra for next day delivery and I still haven’t received all of the items over 10 days later!!! Absolutely shocking customer service and complete incompetence.
