“Sent me my order was all the right items but sent me the jeans with the securtiy tag still on and they were a gift for somebody now have to mess about going into the shop to change them not happy”

“Placed order for Express delivery. Received only part of it 10 days later. Still waiting for the other part. I will be returning both items now as I have bought them from somewhere else. No updates given by USC of delays or an explanation. Poor service. Was not expecting this from them as I have purchased many items from USC. Dont think I will be using USC again”

“No matter how big or small the order is, delivery charges to home or store. Then any return or exchanges on size, or even damage, all returns at customers own cost again. What a let down”

“So dissatisfied with this website first of all I ordered 4 items for my son for Eid celebrations I paid for express delivery service the parcel comes 2 days later. I then receive an email telling me 1 item is out of stock then I notice another item is missing from the parcel. I try getting in touch with USC but no contact no jst email so email them about the missing top they reply after 3 days telling me it’s in two separate parcel which was then delivered a week later way too late. So what was the point of me paying for express delivery of 6.99”

“Would not recommend Usc placed my order on the 30/5/19 on next day delivery £6.99 I’m still waiting 6/6/19 absolutely useless can’t contact them by phone and they just keep fobbing me off when I e mail t hem.”

“The delivery is slow. I have been waiting over a week to collect an item from my local store. I contacted customer services who did little to help other than state it would be 3-5 days however I have no waited 7 after I received the processing email and haven’t heard since.”

“very very poor service purchased this watch for a gift on 28/05 the person was leaving the country on the friday paid extra for premium 1 day service i did not receive the watch until 6 days after the order no update info given at all to keep me informed the watch arrived with damaged box open at both ends manual bent with other forms .This watch will be returned waste of time and money poor service from customer service they could only tell me this parcel was delayed no time frame.”

“Really back service paid next day delivery items didn’t arrive till the following day. Ordered 3 tops but only one arrived The other 2 didn’t arrive till the following week Phoned customer service but refused to refund the items Won’t be ordering from usc again”

“An absolute shocker. Ordered next day delivery. Was sent out in 2 different packages over a week apart. First package came after 4 days. 2 items were not sent as they were out of stock. The shoes i ordered did not have a lid on the box. I had to call twice to get a refund on the next day delivery. I have not had a refund for the items that were out of stock. The email receipts are misleading as they show that all the items were sent. USC ruined Eid which is our christmas. I will refrain from using USC delivery service or USC altogether. The call centre workers do nothing to help or compensate for the inconvenience. All in all a shockingly bad experience.”

“I ordered 27th may 7item and i pay £7.99for premium delivery but i got 2 items 31st may and another 4 items 4th june still 1 item missing they didn’t refund delivery charge.really poor service”
