My order's still not been shipped after a week of the order being placed. I've sent numerous emails and still not got a date of when it's going to be shipped. Terrible customer service.

I recently ordered a belt, the belt I originally ordered was too small. I sent it back requesting a bigger size. The belt came the 2nd time which to my surprise was the exact same size!! I also didn’t get any paperwork in the bag on the 2nd occasion. To this date i am still waiting to receive either a refund or a replacement belt of the size i wanted!!!

Hi, happy with delivery and how quickly they arrived but. The shoe itself my partner wore them once and had huge blisters which caused he foot to bleed which actually soaked right though the sock onto the shoe which is a bit dissapointing. Hes never once had a problem with lacoste shoes but these seem to hurt his feet horrendously hes told me he probably wont wear them again.

The order was delayed by 4 days and then there was an item which was cancelled. I had paid extra for an Express delivery I.e. there was an urgency attached to the order and therefore it was quite annoying to chase a number of times and in the end miss out on an item i wanted too. Perhaps when someone's order is delayed they should be notified asap? This goes especially for Express deliveries as otherwise it messes up the chance for alternative courses of action and you have to scramble. Express orders outline that time is important for the customer, getting that messed up will not leave anyone happy. I certainly am not.

I am very unsatisfaid because I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, paid for next day delivery and received just three of them on the next day. They took the money for all four pairs and today is the fifth day and I have no delivery yet and no mail to inform me when the fourth pair will be with me. They caused me too much inconvenience because I had to send them abroad 3 days ago. I won’t buy again with USC. Sorry

Unfortunately the items I purchased were of poor quality. Paying £5.99 for delivery is poor too, (I was aware of this) especially when I need to return the items - which is going to cost me the same again. Hence I’m out of pocket for items that were poor quality. I won’t be buying from USC again.

Placed an online order 27/5 funds withdrawn from my card immediately. Expected delivery to local store 30/5. Still hadn’t had notification to collect by 3/6 so visited store for an update. “Your order isn’t here, we can’t look up orders, we can’t help you” was the response. Tried to trace delivery online. Even though I know my password I was greeted with “your password is incorrect” when I logged in. Made 5 attempts to request a password reset yesterday. Supposed to get an email to help reset. Haven’t had a single one (yes I have checked my junk folder). Emailed customer services this morning to look into my issue. Auto response to say I might get contact in 3 days... Rubbish service all round. First time I’ve ordered from USC. Will definitely be the last. I’m writing this review as USC have just emailed me to ask how my delivery went. I haven’t even got it!

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Only half the order arrived. No contact from USC to explain where the rest of the order was. I - the customer! - has to email customer services (no USC telephone number) and wait a further 12 hours to be told the rest of the order would be processed at a later date. The exact date was not provided. No offer of a refund on next day delivery charge offered. I replied to ask for the refund and to cancel outstanding items as I would be on holiday. 12 hours later the reply ignored my refund request and I was told I couldn’t have a refund because “the items were in the warehouse” (which means nothing to me). The rest of the order is still outstanding 8 days after ordering as I write this review on holiday without the items I wanted to take with me. All in all, just about the worst experience of online ordering I have had since I started shopping online in 2000. I will NEVER use this service or company again. I WILL advise all friends, family and colleagues to not use this company by telling them about my experience.

I paid for next day delivery for a Monday came on a Wednesday and only one thing got delivered when I was expecting 3 other things to come and that ended up coming on the following Sunday,

I ordered several items which were absolutely fine but needed to return a couple of items as they didn’t fit. I was surprised to find out that I couldn’t return them to my local USC store and instead have to return them and pay for recorded delivery. I already paid approx £7.00 for delivery to receive the items. It hardly seems worth it return the 2 items which do not fit. I do not understand why USC are not like other retailers who allow in store returns. I will not be ordering from USC in future.

Spent £350. Requested an exchange for 3 products and filled out the returns form appropriately. I got refunds on all my items instead. Apparently, I changed my mind? 🤷🏾‍♂️
