“Brought some converse. They arrived in store on the 9th of June. On Tuesday I slipped and injured my foot. I went out today and yet again slipped and injured my knee causing bleeding and I've pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulder due to the converse shoes not having grip and sliding every where every time I wear them. It is disgusting.”

“I ordered a T-shirt and trainers for my son, paid £6.99 for next day delivery and they eventually arrived 1 week later. I’ve ordered from this site so many times and this has never happened before. Will be definitely thinking twice before ordering from here again”

“Wrong jeans were sent. Ordered slim, skinny received. Sent back requesting exchange for correct pair. Received refund with no pre-warning. Eventual email incorrectly stated it was due to my request as I changed mind. Very poor overall”

“The item I received was entirely different to what I ordered. After posting the product back three weeks ago (confirmed delivery by the Royal Mail) I have yet to any communication regarding a refund or exchange for the correct item. As such I am currently going through PayPal to get my money back. The delivery costs were also extortionate, the box it arrived in looked like it just just arrived from the frontline of the Battle of the Somme, and communications are nonexistent. Avoid USC at all costs and all other Mike Ashley ventures.”

“The picture of the item was wrong on the website. Completely different style jacket arrived. When I looked at the item it was covered in dirt. Very disappointed!! Refunded no problem.”

“After ordering clothes on the 1st of June for going on holiday on the 9th I became concerned that my order wouldn’t be with me in time for going so I attempted to get in touch to see if I could upgrade my delivery option to ensure I got my clothes in time. I was unable to contact anyone in person and had to email an enquiry, which was replied to two days later and never gave me any other option. An apology and an assurance that my order would be dispatched within two working days, it’s now the 8th of June, I leave for my holiday in the early hours of the 9th and my order is nowhere to be seen. I now have to go out shopping for more clothes for my holiday, I certainly will not be going to USC.”

“I ordered my a hoodie and shoes for next day delivery on Saturday because I needed it for a special occasion on Wednesday and they sent the hoodie the next day but I received the shoes on Thursday after the special occasion.”
