I ordered 12 pieces of CK2 30ml. at GBP 148.87 on 16-Jun-19 (to be delivered to my son at boarding school). After that, I received an email informed that 1 piece of the product is temporary out of stock. I just knew from my son that he received the parcel (11 pieces of CK2 30ml.) on 18-Jun. I expected to receive a refund from USC soon. But, it is about a week that I have not heard anything from USC about my refund or what you will do about ths issue. It would be very much apprecated if you can help me on this. Thank you very much.

I haven’t received items ordered! They were allegedly delivered to a neighbour who denies signing for them, despite the delivery driver and another neighbour confirming that the neighbour took order for the package!

Well I'm not very happy with an online purchase because someone at the distribution warehouse took a knife to the item to scan the tag rather than Open the packaging at the correct place which was only Sellotape and has damaged the jacket

Worst experience I've ever had online shopping. Placed order on the Friday, said it would be delivered on the Monday. Half my order arrived Tuesday the rest came the following Saturday whilst I was away on holiday. Will not be shopping here again

If i could give no stars i would, total joke this shop, i ordered a pair of size 10 shoes and got sent a pair of size 8 shoes in a size 10 box, and to make matters worse it cost me £4 to send them nack for a refund and they do NOT pay for the money i have spent to return there mistake, stay clear of this place, unless you like to lise mobey when returning something that is there fault total rubbish service grrrr

The fact you don’t refund us our money back it’s disgusting instead give us a credit note to shop at usc store. I was unaware of this policy and you should let every customer know when purchasing items that they will not receive they money back only a credit note.

Poor customer service, returns are not convenient for me. Took too long to get order delivered and was late for fathers day. Will never order again.

Will not be ordering from USC again. The Infant vans I bought where faulty, sent photos and they said they wasn’t . If they think that standard of workmanship is ok for the price that your paying it’s not good enough

Order got lost in the post, ordered next day delivery, heard nothing for over a week. No one has answered the phone. Finally had a reply to my email after 4 days. Ordered on 14/06, still had no refund.

Not happy at all. I paid for next day received both wrong trainers. No free returns label had to pay £13.47 postage also myself. Still waiting on refund.

DO NOT USE! next day delivery apparently means 12 days later. Why this company is still running i do not know.

I really had the worst service with you. I have been so disappointed with every stage of your process. It is clear that you do not take customer service seriously and I have been left extremely upset with your business. I would defiantly deter my contacts from shopping with you. After purchasing next day delivery (due to moving country with the following 6 days). Only 1 item out of 7 came. When talking with 'Georgia' on twitter, she did not tell me any helpful information and could not tell me when the rest of my order would arrive. She was extremely unprofessional, not reading or answering my questions properly, copy pasting template replies and finally not answering my message at all. I have not been refunded for my next day delivery nor have I received an apology. I am extremely unhappy and I do wish you work on the service you give to your customers. Still waiting on 2x ordered. One ordered 8 days ago and another where I paid for Express delivery - ordered Friday AM.....

Items were smaller than actual sizes, so wanted to exchange for the next size up. Had to pay £5.00 to post it back. Could have got it cheaper elsewhere now paying for postage back and redelivery in this modern world i find disgraceful.
