“Highly disappointed! I ordered a Calvin Klein straw hat and it was folded for several times and made a hat impossible to wear. On top I paid nearly £5 for delivery and a same amount for return. Horrible service! Big rip off”

“Ordered my shirt for my brothers funeral, from start of order to when I received it, it had been 9 days. Even tho I paid 5 pound delivery charge. Really not happy with the service I received. Wayne Goodrich”

“AVOID, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!! The only reason I have given a 1 star rating is, bc I don't appear to be given permission on this site to give any less. Never got the items I ordered, they send it to wrong city. Contacted customer service 5 times!!! Only to hear poor excuses, not correct answers or solutions. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They did not refund my money, that´s how greedy this company is. I had to contact Paypal, and that´s how I got my money back. Lesson learned, never gonna buy from them again. The company owners should go to jail to robbing ppl´s money.”

“On the website the shopping is advertised as £9.99 . You can click on a link and click on your country and it tells you the cost then when I completed my shopping it was £26.99. Very disappointing and dishonest. Items still not received either for that price.”

“Ordered 3 items and paid for next day delivery although missed cut off time so it would be the day after but not a problem.only one item turned up on the Saturday morning with no e-mails or phone calls explaining missing 2 items!!after numerous phone calls at my expense and being lied to on two occasions by their customer service agents finally cancelled the remaining order and got a full refund!!!do not use the company for any online ordering!!!!”

“Absolutely ridiculous I’m still waiting for my product a week later when I paid for next day delivery. Not keep informed about progress then told product has been delivered even though when you track the product it clearly states it has not been delivered!!!”
