“Disappointed!!!! Ordered 5 T-shirt’s for my holidays over 2 weeks in advance to a sports soccer store locally. No notifications of delivery store after searching I finally got a contact number for USC. I was told 4 of the 5 shirts had been delivered and could collect from store. Off I went to collect to find only one shirt has been delivered and I can’t have it as order is incomplete. So now I’m over £100 out of pocket with no shirts for my holidays......thanks USC 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡”

“About 155 quid worth of clothing missing from parcel sealed with DPD tape arriving a day late. USC don’t seem to be in any rush to resolve the problem. I submitted the online contact form 5 days ago and still haven’t received any acknowledgment. No call, no email, nothing. Had to wait 18 mins in a queue attempting to speak with a customer advisor over the phone who initially provided wrong info. He told me to fill in the contact form and submit pictures of the parcel. Extremely poor customer service. I won’t be placing any more orders. Won’t let the bad experience ruin my holiday in the next few days. I believe many of the items are overpriced. It’s amazing what you can save when you shop around!”

“My order hasn’t even arrived yet & I’m being asked for a review! Shouldn’t take this long to have an item delivered to our local store to collect & no indication of a delivery date on any emails from USC. Won’t be ordering from here again.”

“One pair of shoes arrived covered in hair. The other, with dirty sticky marks on them. I messaged your customer service page who told me to send clearer pictures despite having included extremely clear pictures in my message. I will ensure I do not purchase from USC in future having been panned off from your customer service team. Shocking service. I don’t expect brand new shoes to arrive with disgusting stains and hair on them.”

“Stinking cloths £5 delivery that takes more than 5 days then £4.50 to return the item as they stink of dusty musty old ware house. Purchased a pair of jeans from these usually I can go in store and buy them but there Denton store has empty shelves where the jeans should be and just a very small choice of sizes that do not fit me. The jeans arrived and they had a smell to them like they had been left in a dirty dusty area for a very long time, I thought for a £60 pair of jeans this is disgusting and not what I paid for. There stores used to be pretty good but now have very little in them but sell more online where they can make the extra from you in over priced delivery charges, then as you need to pay to return I suspect many customer spending £10 and under do not bother to return as they would be out of pocket. If you do not mind paying £5 delivery only to receive items that stink and then have to pay the return then USC is for you but my advice is stay clear of there online. You can not return online purchase to local store they do not make things that simple. Delivery out for delivery did not arrive but shown delivered then later shown a problem next day shown out for delivery again and arrived late in the evening. I understand this is Hermes but that is who USC use to deliver your goods”

“Reaching u is impossible. Ive tried email multiple times. Ive tried facebook. U guys just do not respond and my package didnt arrive because of problems with the address and the courier. I tried to contact you to resolve the issue but like i already said, i got 0 replies.”

“rating is based on postage - I opted to have the item I purchased sent to a nearby store. One week later I am still none the wiser when it will show. The fact that I was charged £5 for the postage does not make me any happier. £5 can get you next day deliver, so get your act together USC!”
