My product is faulty and I’m not receiving helpful service. The product is a gift so needs to be sorted out urgently but it is taking several days for me to receive an email from someone.

So my order arrived and the pack of 3 pairs of briefs had 2 missing. When I complained about this I was told everything was picked, packed and sent as it should have been. Well I'm sorry briefs don't just disappear, you obviously have a thief working for you!! But I was made to feel that this was not the case.Another box of briefs weresent and glad all 3 pairs are here now but no card was put through door so only noticed the package by chance. So I will definately definately never be using, you again.

I think £4.99 delivery is a bit overpriced, most places have free delivery to store but yours again is £4.99

Worst Customer Service ever, a series of copy/pasted interaction where you could clearly see that that agents wouldn’t go 1mm out of their script to understand anything of what you’re saying. Oh and they don’t respect the EU consumer law warranty of 2 years Too bad, they have good prices.

Ordered a pair of Ralph Loren trainers onlinefor my son, for our upcoming holiday , when package arrived, we were delighted to only find one trainer in the box, then when I contacted customer service, I was told the item was no longer in stock, I have since been into store multiple times to try and get an alternative pair of trainers for my son,

To whom it may concern, My complaint has everything to do with the courier company you use to deliver your products. I paid for the next day delivery and it is a week later and my items are being send back to you. Link to their website tracking info. https://new.myhermes.co.uk/track.html#/parcel/6473096016848686/details No a single delivery attempt was made, not a single 'sorry we have missed you' card was left. I have been at home on 3 out of 4 of their delivery attempts. Later, the status got updated to: 'We're not able to deliver your parcel to the address we have'. So, Hermes cannot deliver to one of the main roads in Glasgow? Just look up my address please: G14 0JJ 1/2 2132 Dumbarton Rd. Glasgow I am very unhappy about the whole thing. I still want my shopping, so I will be happy if you could send it again by post this time. If you cannot do so, please refund me all the money including the delivery charge. Thank you. Grzegorz

Poor service still haven't received my full order , receive part of my order but seemingly the parcel will be delivered separately. Unsure when I will receive my order or if I will use USC again .

Firstly, i did not receive an email notifying me that my delivery had arrived at the assigned SportsDirect store. A week had passed by and I was passing by the shop so decided to call in and check only to find it had been delivered there two days ago. Secondly, I found out that the customer is expected to pay for signed for postage for returning unwanted orders (even incorrect dispatched orders) - this is a first for me. This is not made at all clear when placing the order. Why can I not just return them to the store I collected them from? Why is this not an option? All in all, I am disappointed and will not be using the online service again.

Horrendous. You left a shop tag on one of the jogging bottoms and we have no idea how to take it off. Please help.

Converse vest not as advertised, image displayed had red converse logo , ended up with one with white logo? Same problem with same product from sports direct last year , not impressed . Pointless returning item as you end up £4:99 (postage cost) worse off.

I ordered two pairs of boxer shorts, when the parcel arrived there were no boxers in the bag just 8 pairs of beach shoes. I paid £5 to return them emailed customer service who said they would post the boxers. I then had an email saying they were out of stock so no boxers and £5 out of pocket on return postage and still waiting to hear back from them on that.
