Poor quality firetrap shoes. First customer have to pay delivery charges and then if for any reason need to return the goods have to pay return postage again. Would never order from USC again.

Horrible if you need to return something bought online, especially if you bought a jacket. Just collect it and notice that has a black spot so i have to pay for the postage. Disgusted

I ordered a small in my item and when it arrived it was clearly a lot bigger than a small so had to return it and get a refund, I’m now dubious whether I want to order it again or just not bother

After the size shoe I wanted wasn’t in stock in store - I ordered next day delivery for a significantly higher price , only for the wrong item to turn up and I have to pay to return although it wasn’t my mistake - won’t be ordering again

Wouldn’t use USC again. After five days waiting for the postage, received the wrong item. Unable to contact anyone (no helpline after 18:00) to see if a replacement could be sent out. (Wanted to resolve speedily so could take item on holiday) Still waiting to resolve 5 days later. Will have to get item posted back, get receipt from post office, keep the bag open to put postage receipt in, then seal bag and post!!!. Not known anything like it. In contrast, ordered from House of Fraser received the correct trainers two days later for the same price and I am ready for my holiday. USC has got something fundamentally wrong and if it continues I fear for its future.

Paying £4.99 for delivery then having to wait almost a week seems almost prehistoric. Didnt arrive in time for my day out so ordered elsewhere free postage and arrived next day... Awful system

Ordered from USC but had to collect from Sports Direct store and pay £4.99 delivery, order places usually offer free I store collection. After waiting a week for them to be delivered I to store I went to collect. I had to wait on a queue downstairs to be sent upstairs to a desk nobody was serving at. Received items to find out that they were lace less converse. The shoes looked really odd as there were holes as if there should have been laces but they were slip on shoes. I asked to return to be told I could only get an exchange or credit note. If I wanted a refund I would have to pay to send the items back with returns slip and pay registered post delivery. I could not see any suitable items in store so was left with no option but to return items. I have therefore been left out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Will never order from USC or Sports Direct again after this experience.

The item I placed the order for was out of stock and when I emailed usc to have the smaller size they just sent a automatic response and did not read the query.

Ordered a pair of conversew for my youngest sibling. She is distraught as the delivery company USC used has not attempted a single delivery. However on their website of the tracking it says the driver keeps rescheduling the different slots. I have gone outside at the very secind they say that driver is on his way but there actually isnt anyone there at all. Now it shows the delivery driver will return my product to USC. What have i done wrong? I even updated the address for my neighbour and a safe place to leave parcel. Its such a shame. I dont think i will ever use USC again as i cannot even call anyone to communicate with. Such a big waste of time. Still my product has not been delivered.

I ordered a pair of trainers 9 days ago and paid for next day delivery and still havent got them.. they have been lost and getting through to you to send me a new pair is a nightmare.. quick enough to take money out of my bank but then cant get hold of you if theres any problems.. disgusting

I tried to cancel my order and re-order some new items as USC cancelled one of my items due to out of stock. I sent an email through and got a lame response back.

They sent me out a t-shirt of a brand I have never heard of before, instead of the underwear that I ordered. I contacted them via email, as they don’t seem to have a customer service number, they didn’t reply. So I used a website called resolver, they asked me for a pic of the shirt which I sent and I’m still waiting now for a resolution. It was my first order with them and genuinely I’m thinking it’ll be my last. There was no invoice in the parcel, no returns address, no contact number or any details. Absolute shambles of a company. Complete joke. Still waiting for my refund and I still have the shirt!!!!

Ordering process difficult, wrong colour of shoes... collect from a different store (sports direct) can’t return goods to store for refund have to pay yet more postage to return goods. Won’t be using again. Staff in store lovely!

Quality of product poor look like it had been wore before delivery was late not delivered on time no apology for late delivery disappointed From start to finish .
