Terrible! Ordered a pair of shoes and completely different shoes came. Had to return them and it wasn’t even free!!!

Paid for next day delivery, came in 2 separate orders on 2 separate days, after the next day deliver. Pointless. T-shirt & hat turned up dirty

Terrible service. Ordered 3 pairs of trainers and paid for next day delivery. Only 1 pair arrives but 3 pairs showing on delivery note. There is no number to contact the courier or company (professional!) so had to email and wait a long time for a reply. Am wrongly told that 3 pairs were delivered in the same parcel but luckily I kept the packaging so could prove it was not possible (the parcel was only the size of 1 shoe box as you will see from the photo). Then told I have to await the outcome of an investigation and then heard nothing for a week at which point I had to chase only to receive an email again telling me that all 3 were delivered but on this occasion they would resend - as if they were doing me a favour giving me what I paid for! Utterly ridiculous and now I have to wait another week for them the rest of my order. No apology and no urgency to rectify . Will NEVER order from again

Paid for courier service don’t bother Hermes are appalling. Claim to have delivered full order I received nothing. One parcel miraculously appeared two days after Hermes claimed to have delivered all items and after 1 week remaining items (@£100 worth) still missing and little to no help from USC whoclaim to be investigating with the courier. Sent several emails asking for update with no reply and no phone numbers available to contact USC or Hermes. Would never use again completely lack of disgusting customer service. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Terrible my order for birthdays presents was processed...then .. despatched then refused to be delivered. No explanation or reason why. Address is my work address & I get parcels delivered regularly. Had to order from another site & presents were late.

I am yet to receive my order. For the amount charged for delivery, I would expect it to arrive by courier rather than the standard postal system.

Absolutely shocking! Items arrived used and in poor condition. Contacted USC customer Service and received possibly the worst ever service I’ve EVER experienced from shopping Online. One of the advisors hung up on me for no reason and I mean no reason. Never shopping with USC again. They made me feel like I was absolute dirt. How a company can function like this is beyond me.

Ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter when they arrived one was clearly ex display and soiled, how they passed any quality control prior to dispatch is amazing, customer services team were unapologetic and process to return a bit of a nightmare, had to fight with customer service rep to get return postage paid and initial postage refunded, won’t use USC or any Sports Direct company again

Was poorly satisfied! Ordered black hi-Top converse, which took 7 days to come to store. Once arrived one of the shoes had a yellow stained sole (looks sun bleached) and the glue around the sole is all visible. So took it to the stop to get a refund, and the staff were very rude. Refused my refund, even though it was a faulty item which I feel I was entitled to a refund. And gave me a credit note which I did not want as I did not want to purchase anything else out of the shore! So poorly satisfied

Hi I have poblem with my order ( number: USC40000058548507 and order date 12.08.2019), this order it was 20 items but I got ony 4. I paid fol all order 861 £ .

Received delivery with parcel half ripped open most likely driver had a look inside parcel.Had to return items and pay delivery costs 👎🏽

I was delivered the wrong item almost two weeks after the order was placed. I’ll be seeking a refund and buying from another store.
