I paid for next delivery of items ordered and found that I had my order split off into 2 deliveries on two different days. it was not the ideal situation to experience.

Ordered what I wanted but few days later use send a email saying you don’t have the item in stock anymore very poor should have said it wasn’t in stock before I ordered

Ordered some duramo flip flops they sent a different product. WARNING: Read all the description as they think it’s perfectly fine to do this if they put “style may differ”

I bought some white Tommy Hilfiger shoes and they came in blue, I got the option of free returns or ten pounds off, I obviously had to send them back as they were the wrong colour but I thought it was wrong that I had to pay to have the correct colour sent back out to me worh no discount

Very poor, paid for next day delivery on an order of 19 items, the next day only one item arrived, i contacted customer services still no reply a few days later i recieved most of the other items minus a few that were apparently out of stock

Items mostly arrive dirty pay for next day delivery and it will come with items missing then the rest will come days later when complaining to customer service through the website as there is no telephone to call the advisors have no customer care or service

Still not received my parcel I ordered on the 11th August next day delivery apparently customer services are dealing with it but I’ve still not heard what’s going on.

My order took longer then I was told, and I had to chase it up with you. Then when I was told that it was at the store I went and collected it only to arrive home and find that you have sent the wrong pair of trainers! I ordered Ralph Lauren leather trainers priced at £75 but you sent me Ralph Lauren canvas trainers priced at £65. So then I sent an email to you explaining your mistake and asking for either the correct trainers to be sent out or to give me a refund, but no one has even replied to the email! And I'm still waiting! Please help me to resolve this, it is very unsatisfactory.

Products removed from order due to "temporary out of stock" whilst showing in stock on the website. No notice given and no option to edit or Cancell the order. Original order delivery cost discounted to 99p, charged £6.99. USC at meadow hall refused to accept returns 3days after order.

Rubbish, you were unable to deliver to my address twice and now on refund, you are charging me for the delivery cost. yet you failed to deliver it!

Really disappointed with your returns service. You make it so hard to return products & if you wanted to speak to someone. It would be a lot easier if you could return products to your nearest store like other retailers allow you to. I had to go through various sites & links just to find a phone number to speak to someone. Or is this part of your plan? To make it so hard for customers to return the products they are forced to keep products they dont want. It would take something exceptional for me to use USC again or for me to recommend you to anyone.

Shocking asked for next day delivery ordered well before cut off, paid extra and still had to wait an extra day.
