Collected parcel from sports direct for birthday present for my dad he opened the package and ally eh box was ripped and the shoes were dirty and had marks on but my dad didn’t want to cause a fuss so disappointed

I paid for next day delivery and didn’t get it. Was refunded the difference. I don’t think there was ever the intention to deliver the next day and in fact it took 5 days.

Awful Bad communication Wrong times sent Took ages to process Sent wrong item No customer care and you have to pay to send items back ! All very confusing and I won’t be using you again !!

Order was wrong-label on box right but wrong trainers inside. When I contacted USC to resolve this I kept receiving generic style emails without me question being addressed. I am left with the choice of keeping a wrong item or returning it and losing out on my postage cost as they will not offer a replacement item similar and of the same value as original product is out of stock. Either way I am left out of pocket due to a fault on their behalf with no real attempt from customer service to resolve the issue.

Bought a pair of jeans for my sons Birthday. They have a posket which is closed with a zip. this zip would open but closing it was another matter.It was extremely diffecult to close and not smooth.I therefore returned the item but at my expence which i think is wrong if the item is faulty.Are you going to refund my postage?

Ridiculously poor service, showed stock available but email received days later advising they couldn't fulfil my order. Didn't check if i wanted remaining items and when i cancelled order said they couldn't cancel and i would have to return even though they hadn’t dispatched it. Advised to return the order for a refund but neglected to tell me returns are chargeable!!! Still waiting to hear back from a manager, take days to answer to emails and no contact number to call to complain. POOR SERVICE!!

I have still not received my daughters coat after 10 days. She starts school on Monday and am probably going to have to go out and buy a new one

Totally not happy with it, I recent order some stuff from usc and 1 of them was damaged I send them the email but they replied back totally different, didn make no sense to me so if you can check that for urself. Am sending you the pictures of the damaged item. Thanks.

Been 9 days and still yet to be dispatched. Received email wanting me to review my order but it seems it’s still at the depot.

Order was not packaged properly, it contained five perfumes one was smashed completely and the others were soaking wet and two looked like they had been opened . All the boxes were ruined and none of them could not been given as presents.

Very disappointed in the service, when placing my order online. How can an item be shipped to the warehouse and be kept there for over 3 days with no sign of it going to my selected store? I emailed regarding my item explaining that I required it ASAP but got an copy and pasted reply. Subsequently I had to cancel my order and travel to USC at Teesside park to try and buy what I had ordered. What a load of bollocks! The attached photo is what I presume you use to deliver ye olde goods!
