Absolutely awful service, ordered for next day delivery and received it 5 days later without explanation

Totally pathetic service. They take your order process the payment, ask where you want it delivered and give you the option of a drop of point. Then give the order to Hermes to deliver who do not use that drop off point so then cannot leave the parcel. There is no phone number for contacting USC (owned by Sports Direct I am told) so you waste lots of your life trying to contact and they cant even get a live chat option. Suggest buying from a shop.

after ordering and paying on the 8th September my order did not arrive. I called into store where it was ordered to be delivered to and staff were very unhelpful. Even went as far as saying there was nothing they could do to help. (this was on 17th September). 9 days later! At the moment no one is willing to locate my parcel with goods to the value of £55.00! Dreadful customer service!!!!!

Terrible service, order still hasnt come 10 days after being ordered, emailed customer service, generic response to say will get back to me within 1-3 days, wont be using them again

I recently order items which i received very late after enquiring about the package. I still had to pay for delivery which i think at least should be reimbursed considering the inconvenience.

Can't review the my purchases as I have not had them delivered yet as they can't deliver to shop I pick so I have to mess about to get them delivered my address instead 🙄

The service was terrible. I paid for next day delivery and it came 2 days late even tho it was needed for next day as a birthday present. Once it arrived it turned out it had a dirty mark on the front of a white hat. Not what I wanted really and I emailed you with an attached picture the day it got delivered which was last Wednesday! Still no reply. Shocking service!

Terrible customer service and communications. I’ve had a phone call which was taken very rudely and sent 2 emails as requested during the phone call to which I still have yet to receive a reply.

Order my item over 10 days ago and still have not received I contacted customer services on Friday who said they would return my call to find out where my item was and they never bothered to call back I contacted the courier company who have said that they had not received Bad service and worse customer services

I am quite often shop online ( not only USC ) and can quite fair compare competitive market. I have to say that it’s absolutely terrible service that I have to pay from my own pocket for returns . Did you think that ordered item can be wrong size , damaged or even not as advertised? You already charging client for delivery and after that aspecting me to send back and pay for it . I won’t be coming back . There is much better service in other websites! You used to be great but since Michael bought you over your customer service went right down the hill .

I would never order from here again after the total mess about I had. After ordering and paying for next day delivery only 1 of my items turn up and was told they both got sent out, which they never when i rang them I was told they would look into my order with the warehouse and get back to me and never did so when I emailed it took ages to get back to me. The item was for me going on holiday and since i left it a week since I was away i was told I should of let them know I was going on holiday when I replied to them.

My item arrived damaged the manager in store only offered a credit note and was no help what soever told me to phone CS and they were as bad. Send pictures! We cant order another over the phone etc.premuum rate no and kept me hilding for 10 mins I paid £4.99 for this service and in future will look elsewhere for what i want.. You are very outdated for online ordering and i will only use you if i cant find my items and as a very last resort. Diabolical

Well for a start the item sent to me had pen parks on it so I returned it stating that reason expecting to send me another one but you decide off your own back to give me a refund when all I wanted was to send me a replacement. Thanks Michael.

Not happy! Joggers delivered were ripped apart, whoever's picked them at warehouse needs to do a proper job and look at general quality of what is in their hands!! How joggers got sent out like this is beyond me. USC may just of lost my custom.
