I'm a 32 inch waist. I'm 39 years old and have been the same size since since I was 21. I bought three pairs of jeans, two are Levi's and one is Diesel. All are apparently 32 inch waist. They arrive and are all three are about 28 inch waist. So I have to return all three. So it's cost me over £10 to buy and return these items that aren't as described. How is that my fault? Ridiculous to pay postage both ways when the items are rubbish. Fair enough if I changed my mind and don't want the styles, but they just don't fit. Stupid charges, false advertising.

I have been asked to submit this review without having received the products or confirmation that my items have been delivered to store (ordered 20.09.19). As yet I do not have anything to say other than my items were ordered over a week ago and I have yet to have any confirmation that my items are out for delivery or have arrived in store.

After placing my order I recieved an email a few days later stating 4 out my 5 items were out of stock! And the q that was in stock I had to pay delivery for yet it's cheaper to buy from the shop and a bigger bottle for the price I've paid with delivery! Very disappointed

Paid for two pairs of shoes . Appeared to be in stock. Next day one order was cancelled as suddenly not in stock? Waited for 2nd pair and waited and waited. Got an email they have been delivered to the chosen address? Went to collect 3x and nothing there? Called customer services ? Said they would call back ? No call back just an email to say order cancelled? We didn’t cancel it? Refund of over £100 will take 14 days ? Why? I want my money ASAP YOU Cancelled the order? Disgusted with the service.

Totally messed up my delivery so much so I’m still waiting 😡😡 I ordered my package a week ago, still haven’t got it or even know when I’m getting it so don’t be asking me for a good review

Rubbish delivery service. Sent wrong courier to drop off who wouldn't take it. Havevre ordered from somewhere else.

Ordrered three items over a few days Only got one others out of stock but charged me full pnp so if i want a replacement will have to pay pnp again. Poor service

Orders a pair of trainers, only one trainer in box when delivered. Then told you were out of stock in that size so sent the one trainer back. Went into USC in Meadowhall and bought the same pair of trainers in the size that was apparently out of stock. Still waiting on refund for the one trainer sent back. Worst customer service ever. Unable to speak to a person, and only contact has been on email. Will not waste my time with online service again

Well priced and delivery was quick but product was faulty- the converse I ordered arrived and the soles were 2 different colours.

I have ordered thousa ds of pounds worth from yourselves. On this occasion I haven't received my parcel. The delivery driver said it was put in a bin on my front garden open to the whole street. But when I checked it wasn't there. After reporting this as parcel missing your customer service team took 2 days to get back to me saying check with neighbours and family. Now firstly my family live 40 miles from me. I can assure yu they don't have it. Also I'm not stupid I know to check with neighbours. Never have I been so insulted. To top it off I get married in 7 days and the clothes were for the honeymoon. I'm still waiting for a second email from yourselves. Appalling customer service. No phone number to contact you. Its almost like you have my money now you don't care!!!!

Wrong shoes, had to send pictures of incorrect shoes to be believed Paid next day sent numerous emails Correct boots sent 4 days later Customer service closed during alleged opening times

Did not deliver to collection hub and will not respond to emails. No contact number so just sit in hope that maybe someone will contact me. Poor customer service.
