“Shocking communication, ordered 3 items, not told there would be separately delivered, used the websites contact us link as I couldn't find a number on the website to call customer services and got a reply 2 days later with a link to Hermes couriers Website to track delivery but link was not recognised when I was diverted to Hermes site. Emailed again through the contact us link twice but no reply. Second parcel then arrived with only 1 item (not the 2 I was expecting) then I received an email saying my 3rd item was not in-stock, nothing mentioned about what would happen next but checked my bank and the did refund the difference in price hence the 1 star. Terrible”

“Bought straightset leather trainer. I was sent all textile trainers. You can see on the box that another label is under and that it's not a mistake, it was purposely done. I shop online cause of convenience. No time to go to the shops. I dont have time to start doing the returns....going post office and waiting, forever for my £80 to come through”

“Awful, I get an email asking to do a review and still after over a week have not yet received my order. Raised a customer query yesterday and got a response saying would investigate with the courier and advise in 48 hours so still awaiting a reply. They appear to use Hermes as a courier who I generally find useless with late deliveries or attempted delivery at awkward times or they send a text less than half an hour before giving you a delivery slot expecting you to be in. If I’d had a more favourable response to my query after paying money for an order I have yet to receive then I might have felt a bit better about my review. Suggest you avoid...”

“Not a particularly quick delivery. Trainers box was battered and covered in dust. There was no packing in the box or the trainers. The Trainers had clearly been on display and tried on by many people aa the toes had crease marks and the laces were all over the place. I was planning to return as they are clearly a ‘used’ product but I would have to pay return postage and I guess you would not refund out going or return postage. There is no easy way to contact your company. I will not buy from your company again.”

“Absolutely disgusted with everything to do with your company. Order was returned to you for no reason” apparently” you were unable to deliver the order. Absolute rubbish! Worst company that I have ever bought from. No explanation to anything, but you were quick enough to take out money, and “up to 14 days to refund it” Mike Ashley should be ashamed of these business practices. Will never buy from you again and will wholeheartedly tell anyone I know how bad the service is!”

“The knit I ordered was stained, and the cardigan was long unlike the picture. I don't want to order here again. I would like to return it, but it will be difficult to return because i live in Korea. I'm thinking I've lost my money.”

“Chose to collect parcel from a collection point offered on the website, Hermes don’t deliver there and parcel was returned to sender. Instead of being offered another way to get my parcel I was just refunded so I’m going to buy it from someone else instead.”

“If I could give no stars I would! Ordered a coat and jumper for local shop delivery. USC have dispatched my parcel to the wrong courier company, the courier company it's been given to cannot deliver to my opted parcel shop as they don't deal with them and have no way of proving my collection. I emailed USC asking for a refund due to their error and I could order myself another coat as I needed the order straight away, to be told I would have to wait for them to fix their error, wait for it to be sent back to them and then wait 14 days for a refund. So not only have I not received my parcel, and USC have told me by email I'm not going to receive my parcel, they are withholding my money and have referred me to their return T&C's. Not sure why they think that this is classed as a return as it is their error and not mine. Absolutely ridiculous service! Not surprised at all the bad reviews.”
