When my order came there was an item missing. I emailed customer service who fobbed me off with a link to "track the parcel" which had already been delivered and no answers to any of my questions. I am still waiting to find out why I have paid for something I have not received. Absolutely appalling customer service and I am going to take to social media soon if nobody gives me some clear information.

Very poor standards regarding returning an item that doesn't fit. Having to PAY for the postage for one item out of seven is 20 years behind most retailers. My first experience with USC and definitely the last. That goes for M Ashley's other "businesses".

I received the wrong colour t shirt. I then had to pay extra to send it back for an exchange. And I will have to pay extra for customs when/if they send the right one to me

I order online Small size which is my right size bu unfortunately long sleeve are very tight I can’t not ware them no good fitting

Selected local collection through DPD but they then used Hermes as a courier. Still no parcel and no refund yet.

One of my items was cancelled, I asked customer services if they just change it for the next size down and they said no I would need to re-order. I informed that that if I re-ordered I would be charged another £4.99 for shipping when I was already being charged for shipping of my other items. I asked time after time if they could just include it with my original order and they said no, the charge would apply. I explained that it wasn't my fault they were advertising products on the website that they didn't have, so why should I be charged for someone elses incompetence?...to cut a very long story short its been 9 days and I still haven't got my original order!

Not totally happy, I ordered a hoodie full price and when it came it was a sale item at £12 less than I was charged.

After paying for delivery £4.99 and then £8.70 to return the item ( signed on receipt ) to exchange for a different size . ( That's fair enough ). But to receive an item with A STICKER LEFT ON FOR £66.00 when I PAID £114.99 The third photo shows the original invoice for the price i paid £114.99 The first and second photos show the item i received with the label £66.00

Absolutely useless, paid £5.99 to drop off at local shop, they sent it out via Hermes but on the website its DPD, courier refused to leave it, took it away, and refused to delivery it to my house. No phone Number for usc only email, i will never shop with them again 🤬

Absolutely disgusting! Ripped box, one item in box which should have been a pack of two, and even that was the wrong size! Emailed customer services no reply?

Absolutely devastated with the service as it took over a week to come, and the item was faulty , clearly been worn , had a hole in it Needed this item for a special occasion so then had to buy something else. Still waiting on a reply from Customer services regarding faulty item . I'm the one clearly out of pocket here . Re bought the same top from a reputable and reliable company.

Chinos labelled the same size but 2 different sizes customer service don't read emails clearly as they insisted they where both the same size even though one pair fitted perfectly the other ones two big both the same style & make They refused to pay for return p&p even though it was not my fault as I ordered the right items Won't be using again & will be recommending friends not to use also

I went on to buy a jacket for my daughter (main reason I went on) then thought I will buy her a couple of extras for her bday.... only to find they took the jacket out of the order and refunded the money. I went on the website and it will still in stock. I had a discount code for 20% off so I’m guessing this is why they done this, they don’t want people saving money.... won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a top. Paid 6.99 next day delivery. Never arrived, chased and waited a week to be told parcel was lost so receiving a refund. Still waiting for the refund
