Last few orders, had the same problem. Items were cancelled and I was informed few days before arrival. Basically you sent me unconfirmed order. That is the only and most disrespectful issue. Otherwise i like the store

Ordered boots in a size 4 for a night out on Saturday. Collected them yesterday and tried on to notice they were far too big. Checked size and boots are a size 5 in a size 4 box. I always see people checking sizes at checkouts in stores. It’s not difficult to do this part of the job properly therefore I don’t know how I was sent the wrong size! I now cannot get the correct size for the day I need them without being out of pocket waiting for a refund.

I've used your clothing company before and never had one issue apart from recently where I have about £109 worth of clothes and shoes missing from my order , even when i rang there wasn't much of an effort done on your behalf to resolve, now after waiting I've taken matters into my own hand. Hopefully you dont treat all your customers like this

I ordered some hats and payed for next day delivery. That was eleven days ago and still no hats! When trying to speak to anyone at your company or delivery service (that you accept no responsibility for) clearly nobody cares.

ordered £147 worth of clothes still charged £6 for delivery and after 9 days still not recieved items wont be ordering again!

I am yet to receive my purchase . I have been waiting over a week despite paying £5.99 for delivery . Customer services have not been helpful and communication is poor. I will not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Absolutely rubbish, ordered and paid for multipack of t shirts on Friday 30th August still not received as of today 9th September, had 2 email saying one received order, other stated processing, still not received

Paid for next day delivery, ordered Monday never turned up until Thursday mid afternoon,won’t be using USC again.

I purchased a jacket online for £58, only for it to arrive with a price take saying it had been reduced to £35!!! Why was I charged £58???? I am very disappointed

I ordered a number of items for my partner for his birthday. All in plenty of time. I did this because I was unable to get to the shops as I had broken my ankle. Aside from one item I was told a few days later via e mail that the other orders had been cancelled because they were out of stock. This is despite being available when I ordered them and this was confirmed. I was left with only one gift. Awful service and it would seem no phone contact details to complain. I will not be ordering from you again and neither will any of my friends.

Ordered a jumper, £91 and a pair of jeans only to be told that they have ran out of stock of the jumper in my size and only sent me the jeans. Already paid the £5 delivery! If the app would have told me the jumper was out of stock I would have looked for another one! Very annoyed at the whole situation. Weather they offer me free delivery or not, it’s another day I will have to make sure I’m in the house and more environmentally unfriendly I.e another delivery van having to drive to the house. They also told me on the phone that they can’t be held accountable for being out of stock, but the website told me they were in stock and let me continue to buy and only told me once the items had been shipped! Therefor yes they are accountable!
