Ordered a number of items for a holiday and paid for next day delivery. Two weeks later and I've still not received my order and Customer Services have yet to even respond to me. Stick to Amazon and Asos – I know I will be.

Shocking customer service, again I had a problem and they aren’t forthcoming in fixing it. The problem was on their side, but still they are very unhelpful in making things right!

Paid £5 for delivery and took a whole week to arrive, value for money is non existent. Would not recommend the delivery at all, atrocious!!

I ordered a pair of size 8 trainers. When they arrived the box said size 8 but the trainers were in fact a size 7. I sent an email to which i had a reply asking for pictures. I sent those and haven’t received any email back.

You sent me the wrong sized shoe (size 12, when I ordered size 9) and then I have to pay to send them back. For that reason alone I'll never order from USC again, ridiculous returns policy for 2019 when customer service is such a priority to most businesses.

Awful company. Nearly £300 out of pocket. Was in auto pilot mode and selected the wrong delivery address (I no longer work there and it was saved as the default on my account). Contacted usc immediately (no more than 3 minutes after placing the order) and they point blankly refused to change the delivery address or cancel the order. 12 hours later it was dispatched to the wrong address. Have emailed usc several times stating that I do not have the goods and I did not sign for them. Two weeks on I still have had no reply from them. Customer service is non existent, recommend you shop elsewhere.

I was offered a code for my birthday month and it wasn’t applicable to anything I ordered. Knowing this month was a sale month seems to be unfair to the customer

Trainers I bought are finished poorly, glue can be seen along sole some of it does not look stuck down properly but wear and tear will tell! Delivery was put back every four hours by Monday afternoon it was two and a half days, after sitting in for two and a half days at the weekend and, bored children during holidays not good, apart from the outstanding delivery woman in my area that went beyond her call of duty to make me happy thank you to Tanya!!! she came to my house out of hours to rectify Hermes balls up. Will never order from this firm or it’s partners again!!!!

I shopped at USC for a pair of Timberland boots. Since I was paying for delivery costs I thought I might as well add something else, so I've added a pair of Converse which I didn't particularly like, but they were on sale. The next day after I placed the order, I received an email saying that they don't have the Timberland boots in stock. I was extremely disappointed, so I immediately called them to cancel my whole order. They said it is impossible and that the only thing I can do is to refuse the parcel from the delivery driver. I couldn't refuse it because it was delivered to my workplace and a colleague accepted it in my name. The problem is the shoes don't even fit. I asked them if they can provide a free return, since I didn't want them in the first place, but they said no. So now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit and that don't appeal to me much.

I got 2 pair the same make and size and they were perfect but the ones i got from yous are rubbish dont fit the same i think they are rejects.

Bought an item from usc online as i thought it would be easier to rerurn item if need be! Asked in store if i could return to store and was told yes to go back one day later to be told i couldn't return and get my money back i could only get a credit note!!
