If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely dreadful Customer Service - really unhelpful! I was sent the incorrect item which was no fault of my own. When I asked them to send out the correct item as it was for a gift they told me that the wrong item would have to be collected by courier and returned before I could get the right item I ordered. When I asked if I would have to take a day off work to wait in for the courier I was told yes! Couldn't return it to a shop either. Eventually agreed (after many emails and a phone call) that I could post it back (at my own cost) - they refunded the postage by cheque! Really is it the 1980s! When I asked for the correct item back they told me that all the info on the web was wrong and what I actually ordered they didn't have anyway - when I have seen the item in their shops! Was offered nothing in any way of a 'sorry' it's all our fault. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM ONLINE.

Ordered a SILVER Armani baby changing bag for over £100 when it got delivered it is definitely not that colour it is beige. Tried to phone or email USC and no contact details available. Not happy

£4.99 for delivery? To store! And it still took 11 days from when I ordered it?! And now to return something I have to pay for that too?! I won’t be ordering from USC again

Terrible. Bought 2 pairs of vans and not only did they look like fakes, both pairs were quite obviously ex display models as one shoe from each pair had faded making them unwearable. As if you’re going to walk around with 2 different shades of trainers. One white and the other with a ugly yellow tinge. The shoes were discounted but the description never said anything about them being in this condition. Still awaiting refund.

I ordered 3 t shirts and some trainers on 1st July for my sons birthday which was 5th. I paid extra for next day delivery but only half the order came. One of the t shirts was screwed up in a torn bag and when I checked it it had a big orange stain on the front. I emailed USC who said they would change it but I had to post it back first. Although they paid for the return post I had to drive to a drop off point to send it back. The whole point of paying for next day delivery was because I didn't have time for running about. Anyway it's now the 10th, 9 days later and I'm STILL waiting for the replacement, my sons birthday has come and gone! So thank you for NOTHING USC. I'll think twice before I order from you again!

Ordered from website 1st July, processed ready for delivery 3rd july, then decided to part cancel my order 9th July even though it had already apparently been processed for delivery, contacted customer services, told I might get a response in 1-3 days, still no parcel no idea when it’s supposed to come, have to say I feel let down as one item was a present for a birthday which has now passed, I have ordered from other companies after this order and already received these items so have to say the service here is very poor.

To spend over £50 and still be charged delivery by USC I find to be unacceptable. Many companies require a lower minimum spend to qualify for free delivery. Will shop elsewhere in the future

Disgraceful, ordered a pair of jeans for a wedding, the day before the wedding a pair of womens shoes gets delivered! Still waiting for my refund!

I ordered some clothes to be delivered to my local delivery point, knowing I would not be at home to take collection. On the day of the delivery, I received an email telling me I couldn't be delivery...what!?! It was returned to USC and a few days later, I was refunded and forced to buy elsewhere. All in all, a completely unsatisfactory experience. No explanation, no way to call for an explanation, a total waste of my time.

This is the worst company I have ordered trainers from online. They are totally incompetent, and have sent me the wrong colour trainers (grey instead of black) twice. Each time the grey trainers were in a box labelled black. I would now like a total refund, including the money I have spent on postage (paying extra for next day delivery, and paying to return the incorrect trainers) and compensation for wasting my time. I will never shop from USC again. Thank you for your attention.

I ordered various items I decided to get it send to Sportsdirect to make sure I couldn’t miss my parcel. On the email I received to confirm my order the Email stated that I would receive an email when my parcel reached the store. I never received an email, but when I tried to track my parcel it was stating the Order had been processed. And it was waiting to be picked up, I still hadn’t received an email to confirm delivery. I tried to ring Sportsdirect what a waste off time that is. I decided to go to the store I had a copy off the order email and asked the woman to check to see if the parcel had arrived. She asked if I Had received a confirmation email, if I hadn’t then it wouldn’t have arrived. I returned home and awaited the email. I went in to the order again it said the it was waiting to be picked up. I tried to find a contact number for your site with no joy. I emailed your customer service team which is very slow to receive a reply. I decided to go back the store because it was starting to annoy me. I went again to Sportsdirect and waited to speak to someone about my parcel I explained everything to a different pleasant young lady who said she would be happy to check the stores, she then returned with the parcel. And said it had been there a few days. I explained I had been there already that day and was told it wasn’t there. I still haven’t received CONFIRMATION EMAIL. No Apology, not happy.

Courier company really let you down as love the store & brands you sell, often good sales which is a bonus. It’s a shame I will probably not make any future purchases after bad experience with current order.

The delivery via Hermes was not completed but signed for as delivered. Not an easy process claiming for returns either.
