“Service is terrible. I made an order that didn’t come until over a month later. When it did come one of my items were out of stock so I didn’t even get it. Very terible experience and I’ll never be shopping with you again!”

“Ordered two pairs sliders same make same size and paid for next day delivery as going on holiday. Two completely different sizes arrived. Called customer services but said their phones down, emailed but got no response. Had to drive an hour to swap them at shop. Disgusting online service”

“Picture says it all paid for next day delivery giving it enough time to arrive for a b day present! Day 8 and I guess I will get a text with a delivery slot I will wait in after delivery time I will get a slight delay appear when I chase it online! Slight delay isn’t the word 😞 please visit other site where reviews are accurate and up to date! No one is getting their delivery!!!”

“Don’t use paid for next day delivery god knows how many delivery dates given and still sod all read reviews on another site all recent saying same thing!!!! Check reviews on other websites plz!!!!!”

“Paid extra for next day delivery and it took a week to receive the gifts intended to be received in time for father's day. Items purchased arrived separately and so missed delivery of some of the items. One item was packaged like someone had played football with it in the warehouse. Promised a refund for the delivery and chased but this hasn't materialised.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered 2 tops, 1 a gift. Told order was dispatched and arrived, when i opened the delivery the 1 most wanted the gift. Not told it was not sent, had to chase up via email, it was in stock, to receive an e mail 1 week later to say sorry now not in stock. I would not have ordered if i knew this, certainly not paid 4.99 delivery for 1 item. Not happy at all.”

“Uniformity for sizes is rubbish. Ordered 2 separate brands in the same size and the difference was incredible. 1 brand was perfect and I would suggest the other brand was about 2 sizes too small and then you have to pay for the return of the item. Won’t be using them again. Seems like it’s great value but you pay for delivery and undoubtedly the return as well.”

“I placed an order and the tracking stated there was a delay so allow 24 hours . It’s been the same for a week now and I phoned usc customer service and was told they will look into this . Nothing has been done about it and still haven’t received my order.”

“I had to wait over a week to receive my clothes, i then had to ask for my next day delivery charge to be reimbursed 3 different times, also there was no offer of a good will gesture considering how late my delivery was”

“IT WAS TERRIBLE, got told it would be 3-5 working days then turns out my parcel went to the incorrect depot, then it was delayed , and then when it did eventually come after over a week, it didn’t come in the 10-12 time bracketn it was meant to ; then I got told it would come the next working day, to which it came a few hours after. Pathetic service”

“I paid for next day delivery and it turns up a week later!! Reason I paid for next day delivery was we going on holiday and the things I ordered was for my daughter.. I sent a email and was told it wasn't your fault!? Well it wasn't my fault that's for sure! This is not the first time either!”

“I got the converse white leather and it the left shoe was warn and ,dirty with dust and scratches on the front of the show and the Levi's white leather you I could see like someone tried to repair the white part with something and you can see the colour difference it's like they use glue ore a different kind off white paint to cover the defect but I can see it was damaged ☹️”
