“Ordered trainers online they arrived got them home hoping to wear them that day ! Turns out they were second hand trainers that had been worn they were so dirty even inside the shoe was discusting and to top it off one of the trainers were difrent colour”

“My parcel got lost with their courier, now it is over a week and a half late and even after speaking and contacting customer services 4 times. I still haven't been provided with a solution or even an answer as to where the parcel is.. Would definitely not recommend.”

“My item departed from USC on 8th of june. my delivery date was supposed to be on 14th of june..its now 17th of june local time and i havent received any update on my item (Courier: DPD). previously buying from usc, DHL was assign as delivery courier and i will receive my item in a week, sometimes even earlier. SO I PAID 15GBP FOR A SLOWER ITEM DELIVERY WHILE I PAID THE SAME LAST TIME FOR A MUCH FASTER SERVICE? Its been really good buying from usc but usc shouldnt give a slower delivery after providing a very good and satisfying delivery (by DHL). Terrible! wont be buying from usc again if DPD is still in charge of delivery. *UPDATE* I have received my items on 20th June. Almost 2 weeks after collection. it was not sent to me, i have to collect it myself. the packaging was terrible, and torn (see picture). i was lucky that the item inside didnt suffer damage! DPD as delivery courier is 1 week slower compared to DHL. and i paid 15GBP (the amount i usually paid for DHL) for this 1 week slower delivery, plus having to collect myself only to find out the package was badly packaged and torn. IF USC KEEP USING DPD, I WOULDNT BE BUYING ANYMORE. ITS BETTER TO PAY A LITTLE MORE TO RECEIVE THE ITEM IN A WELL PACKAGING PLUS A REAL EXPRESS DELIVERY!!!”

“Awful service. Paid for next day delivery for a birthday present it did not turn up, messaged company and they refunded £2!! Not good enough and then the item arrived 3 days later, when it arrived the box was battered and looked second hand so was unable to give as gift. Messaged company and didn’t get another reply. Will not be using again and would avoid if you want reliability.”

“Bought two pairs of hugo boss trainers, right foot on one pair was tight so took back to store n tried another pair and exact same, wanted a refund not a credit note as it was a manufacturing fault for both pairs to be tight on right shoe yet fine on the other coloured pair i bought. Will consider this when i buy again.”

“Unfortunately, my order was mixed up. I requested a refund and only an exchange was given. I was especially disappointed a I paid for next day delivery and the order didn't come in time for the occasion i needed it for. Also, in store had a mix up with my order THREE times! It also advertised student discount and staff denied any discount.”

“Would not order from here ever again ordered next day delivery didn’t receive it for a week then part order which I asked to cancel Rest as I was going on holiday and no longer need the clothes as bought others that was fine return cash then 5 days later rest of order came so didn’t cancel order never order from usc again”

“Not happy at all with the level of service received ordered 2 pairs of trainers as an eid gift for son on 02.06.19 paid extra for next day delivery to guarantee that he would have something new to wear on the day. The parcel arrived the next day 1 pair converse was ok however the second pair of polo shoes were an odd pair. I’m not sure how these have been sent to a customer without anyone actually checking what contents are in the box. I am highly dissatisfied as I had to pay a return postal fee to get this order exchanged for the right products. My son did not have the shoes in time for his special day and had to wear something old with his outfit. I will not be ordering again as so am horrified at the level of service provided.”

“Having placed an order with standard delivery I expected my items within 1 week. I received an email from Hermes to tell me they would deliver my bits between 12 and 2 on last Thursday Friday and Saturday. Alas no-one called, then on Saturday I received an email to tell me the consignment was being sent back to you. There was someone home each time they allege to have attempted delivery and we didn't receive a single card to say delivery had been attempted. I'm really displeased by the service and won't be using you again.”

“Terrible delievery pay for next day and it comes a week later, wasted 2 days off work waiting on delivery’s and still haven’t gotten a compete order try to contact you guys and I get one email a day back, slow replies to sort the issue won’t be using again🖕🏾”
