Ordered online and my order was never confirmed. Kept messing my payment about. Never got any emails from them.

Picked up 3 polo tops two where fine the third had black marks all over tried calling customer service but the line isn’t working at the moment so I’m stuck with this top I called usc local shop but they said nothing to do with them absolutely terrible won’t be shopping here again 😡😡

Exceptionally poor experience and I will never ever again order anything from USC. Stay away from this company unless you want sub standard or shop soiled goods! Ordered a pair of Sperry boat shoes and when they arrived the right shoe was discoloured and obviously shop soiled. Had to order a second pair quickly as I needed them for my holiday and to my disbelief the second pair were exactly the same with the right shoe even more discoloured this time. Both times the left shoe had a cupboard shoe support inside but nothing in the right shoes which makes it very obvious they were shop soiled. How can USC send these shoes out in this condition especially after emailing them after the first pair arrived. You cannot contact USC by telephone and their Customer Services is atrocious at best, slow, no apology or any care. STAY AWAY

Late delivery, missing items, packaging damaged, loose threads and labels fallen off clothes, poor communication from company when contacted. Will never recommend to anyone.

Awful. The fact you don’t offer In store refunds and then at the till have the sign facing the wrong way is just a big scam.

So firstly I ordered two T-shirt’s and paid extra for next day delivery. They were almost a week late and when the delivery arrived there was only one Tshirt. When I chased customer services they said there’d been an error and would send my other T-shirt out plus refund the extortionate next day delivery charge as the items took Ai long to come. I have finally received my second Tshirt but still no refund. Not impressed at all.

Wrong item received and no where to contact except email.still no reply I will never use or recommend to any one. Paisd £90 but received wrong item worth £30

I cancelled the order within 20mins of placing it, no one at USC has been vaguely interested in helping. I am now stuck with an item I dont want, the customer services is terrible, questions dont get answered and now you want me to pay to return an item you delivered incorrectly. I will never use again

3 out of 6 items were removed from my order by Usc. I got that vital information too late - after the order has been delivered. The terms have changed radically but no chance for me to cancel the order (Usc still charged the same delivery cost). Usc support doesn't answer my emails. The credibility is zero!

Wasn’t happy with previous order as I was looking foward to my items only to receive an email saying one of the items was out of stock, this should be made clear when browsing on website not after you’ve ordered it

USC is the worst website I have ever used. Absolutely terrible service and they know this which is why you aren’t able to communicate with a real person, only by contact form. I had ordered a few items including a Pre-Ordered Top. They never once advised me how they would process my order, like most websites normally would when you purchase a pre-order. They then proceeded to cancel my pre-ordered item, telling me that it was no longer in stock, even though it was still available in all sizes on their website. I felt very cheated especially when I had to pay £4.99 for a 3-5 day delivery (and receiving my goods 7 working days later AFTER the pre-order was ‘in stock’!), and £4.00 to return everything back, which they don’t refund you back. Don’t use this website, it’s shockingly bad.
