USC SENT ME THE INCORRECT TRAINERS. HAVE RECEIVED NO APOLOGY OR EFFORT TO SORT THE ISSUE. SO IM NOW LEFT WITH TRAINERS THAT ARE NO GOOD TO ME AND £22 DOWN THE DRAIN

Can't rate less not even worth one star. Manager in Stockport branch was rude, yelled at us by asking to leave the store and wouldn't serve us or allow us to purchase an item. Was sent to the Stockport store by Denton store as they confirmed a pair of shoes we were after would be there. Wanted to makes a complaint would not assists refused to give his name the staff at Stockport are disgusting.

Was sent someone else’s order and then when I queried this and sent the wrong order back as requested my original item had gone out of stock. Won’t be using usc again

I received the wrong colour item due to a fault in the online ordering system. I contacted USC online to get the issue sorted however the process is very slow and as of yet I am no closer to sorting the matter.

I had paid for next day delivery. Parcel was sent after 6 days. I had to contact USC and it was not even processed. Refund was given 6.99. Had to return items because I was that unhappy with their service.

Sent the wrong shoes still waiting for it to be rectified , also the courier they use attempt delivery three times before sending back and the pleasure of having to pay for postage for that service. with no option to send to a shop to collect, overall, I won’t be shopping here again.

Products that arrived looked sub par. The insoles were not even glued in properly to the slippers. Felt like I had been sold damaged goods.

Shocked that in this day and age you get away with simply no refunds if you purchase in store. Now I no I wouldn’t return either in store or online because of this policy , not everyone likes to try things on in store when your out shopping. Seems just a sneaky way of obtaining money , so was forced to buy something I didn’t actually want nor need for the fact I was given a credit note only.

I was sent the wrong order in the box and there was no other way than to contact you via email. I now have the send the shoes back & wait for new ones which i need asap for going on holiday

Usually very good service..ordered two separate orders first delayed because of back order said delivery on 1st of may or day after ok understandable then when order was processed two items were out of stock so removed recieved part order on the 10th May and then the item that was on back order arrived separately on the 13th May with holes in the back of t-shirt..second order paid for next day delivery on the 3rd of may received 14th of may no notification that order was going to be delayed very disappointed with service

Absolutely terrible service it took 3 weeks for my delivery and the money was taken from my bank then two weeks for a refund Overall absolutely terrible experience I will never order from USC ever again

Ordered a shoes online. I did not like at and went to USC at Edinburgh Princess street to change it for another one. Choose an alternative boot I liked at asked for the right size. The shoes with the right size was not at all same as the display one. The staffs were less friendly and could not offer more help in this. Very dissappointed.

Had to come to the top floor of 4 story sports direct store to get my parcel the lifts did not work and I have sciatica so think it’s a bit of an outrage that staff can not bring a parcel to you, then to add insult to injury I had to purchase a bag to put it in as the bag my items came in was large with no handle and would have been impossible to carry, won’t be ordering again
