I made my order on 26 April and still haven’t received my goods and USC have written to me to make a review. All in all very poor. I would give 0 out of 5 for customer service.

Online site great, order process simple, but only half delivery arrived and now having to prove I didn't receive one item is very annoying.

Very poor customer service. Emailed over a week ago and still waiting for a response. Paid £6.99 extra for next day delivery which didn’t happen. Same in store asked for a specific item gave me the wrong thing didn’t realise till I got home store (BIRKENHEAD) wouldn’t except responsibility. Dnt give refunds even if there mistake had to accept a credit note nhence my experience online. Will not shop here again.

When you order a item they are always wrong size,colour or different to what you ordered this isn't a good service I ordered a pair of jeans lenght 34 when measured they were a 32 your goods must be seconds?

Never using this service again.. Paid, ordered on Wed and paid for next day 6.99 delivery, I didn't receive till the sat. No phone number to ring and find out anything.

System crashes regularly when placing orders. No order confirmation received from placed orders from USC. Poor service. Takes far too long to process refunds.

Returned item for exchange,wanted next size up,item was no longer available was told my money would be refunded in 5 working days it has now been 17 days and no refund yet ,sent numerous emails but received nothing back ,would not order anything online from this firm ever again customer services non existent,and a bunch of thieves

My son is a size 3. Ordered sliders in a size 4 to allow for growth. Too small so returned, size 5 ordered & still too small. Have now paid 2 x £4.99 delivery & 2 x £4.00 postage to return the unwanted pairs

order placed and delivered by hermes, let in a "safe place" if you can call a blue recycling bin safe! called customer service to be told i had to email, emailed with 2 sets of proof. reply received saying i would hear something within 1-3 working days, its been 4 and still nothing after 2 emails sent and not 1 reply and I'm now currently on hold on the phone to complain and have been for the last 35 mins and 30 seconds for an automated system to answer and say you are experiencing problems and cannot process my call!!!!!!!

Totally disgusted with service. ordered a package on 15th of April and it’s been 2 weeks I am still waiting with no updates or contacts from your courier service . Amazingly Hermès (courier service) had an update on the 19th of April that my parcel is delayed and allow 24 hours to process. Since that day nothing has happened. They don’t have a contact number or an email where I can contact them. I wonder whether they are based on Mars and I should contact NASA to contact them or they are getting material from heaven , handpicked and prepared by angels which is why it’s taking time. You guys have ruined my holidays. It could had been better.
