Ordered size 6 vans. Box said 6 they were actually a size 6.5. Now I have to deal with bringing them back ordering and waiting for another pair to be delivered and delivery took a week not what I would expect even when you have to pay for them to be delivered to the shop for collection

Sent wrong jeans , tried talking their way out of it , wanted me to pay for return non refundable, hard work to resolve ,

Waited over 10 days now for my parcel to be delivered to pick up point and it still hasn't arrived, even tho it says with courier 4 days ago. Emailed two days ago and still waiting to hear back. Items were for birthday day present which has now past. These will be returned if i ever get them. Avoid this site.

Ordered 2 items, was emailed later that one was out of stock & I was refunded, but never had the next day delivery refunded. Terrible company with shocking customer service. If it wasn’t that I had to spend a voucher, which was given instead of a refund for a mis sized item, I would never ever deal with this company again.

The parcel as I informed usc, I had ordered for 13th April next day delivery hasn’t arrived and is almost a week later and still hasn’t arrived for the item I haven’t had an sort of refund besides the delivery charge, I am absolutely distraught this was for my 22ns birthday and not happy at all seeing as 1 week down the line the item still hasn’t come .

Ordered a track top size xxxl but was sent a size small with the wrong tags on it the exact same thing happened again thats twice this has happened and I think it was the exact top that I sent back

absolutely will never order from here again rubbish site n service ordered my boys shoes last tuesday it is wednesday 8 days !!! and it said 3-5 working days n they charged me 4.99 to store worst site ever for delivery charges to the store and not to come on time really angry with them

Absolutely shocking! Ordered a tracksuit. Item arrived fine but it was only the top, after I emailed them they offered 40% of the item cost. So I’d like to meet the other person that has the bottoms and see what they were offered.

Ordered a pair of white trainers, they come and had blue biro pen scribbled all over them. And the box was battered. Still waiting to send them back because they haven't replied to me.

Parcel was advised it would be delivered on Saturday so arranged to be home but it ended up coming 2 days early and therefore I wasn’t in, was left with a neighbour 5 doors down! Shoes were too small and after paying £5 delivery. I returned them to store whom were unable to give a refund. Only exchange or credit note. So I’m now stuck with a credit note for a store which I don’t really like much from and will end up spending another £5 delivery if I order anything online! So constantly throwing money away. Not a great experience.

Never received my order and because I was on holiday and could not complete the non receival form in 7 day’s as I was not in the country I will not be receiving a refund. I spent £45 and got nothing.

Absolutely shocking the way my polo shirt was delivered it looked like someone tried it on scrunched it up and chucked it in the bag!!
