I called your customer service team on 4 occasions with waits up to 30 minutes and never got through to anyone. No luck with email either, no response to my last email for the last 6 days. Returns policy is an absolute headache, in-store credit only and if you want a refund you have to return to the warehouse at customers expense. I can't even say your customer service is bad, because it is absolutely non existent. Could you please respond to me and get my issue resolved.

Ordered £50 worth of items for my holiday to New York after 2 weeks Still did not receive my items. Called customer services they was as helpful as dead fish!! Absolutely useless told me they don’t know how long it will be!! Quick enough to take my money but nearly 3 weeks to deliver!! Never again!! Absolutely awful service!!

Hello. I had ordered from you o few times but i’m very disappointed. First of all the relationship between customers and you isn’t very satisfied because when i email to you , you respond in 2-3 days , the delivery is also very slow ( almost 2 weeks ) and from other company for ex i get my order in 1 week with all the proceeds done ( confirmation, delivery ) , the products in my opinion are fake or made under license because the quality is not so good ( i’ve buyed some cruiff trainers all with problems - the glue between the top and the sole did not last a long time , maximum 10 wears , also the colors after 1 wash they were damaged , i’ve buyed some tommy jeans trainers also with the problem with the glue between sole and top ) , and the last thing that makes me angry is that you don’t answer if i make any complain !

I ordered a pair of trousers. Never received them emailed usc and didn’t not get a reply. No idea where my trousers are no idea what’s going on. Worst service ever.

Ordered two same tshirts different colours and one was bigger than the other?Also asked to exchange for a different tshirt,this never happened and got refunded without any explanation.Poor customer service if you ask me.Would think twice before ordering anything again. Was need the tshirts to go away on holiday aswell would need to be given a discount code/compensation or something to make me shop with usc in the future. Didn’t receive my parcel says delivered emailed and Lois at customer service just said check everywhere it could have been left .... I have done emailed back and still waiting go on holiday next Wednesday and what I bought was for my holiday no spare money to buy new order or time to go shopping .... won’t buy again and want a refund

Received the wrong sized item which was not my fault and then have had to pay out for returning the item. Not happy I’ve had to pay for delivery twice!!

Absolutely a joke of a company order clothes for my holiday paid premium delivery next day ( not a bank holiday ) never turned up still waiting for my refund though refunded delivery fee quickly , never again

The delivery service “Hermes” is absolutely appalling, my delivery didn’t come the first time and had been signed and said it had been delivered, we emailed and they sent it out again and when it arrived they didn’t ask for a signature, I’d ordered a pair of shoes and the box was ripped and battered and was already open.

USC IS A FRAUD. The company is nothing but an exploiter. They took money from my account and deprived me access to the money without delivering the goods. I think the company is running out of liquid. It is having a cash flow problem and looking for cheap interest-free loan facility . What a shame ! I regret every moment with them, especially the ill-mannered and ungracious customer services team Rebecca and Caroline etc 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Very disappointed this time. Usually have no issues, but the Lyle & Scott sliders were severely discoloured. When I rang customer service to raise my concerns, I got absolutely no help whatsoever. Long and short of it is I’ve now had to order another pair and pay again for delivery. As well as all the inconvenience, this leaves a very sour taste in the throat of my USC experience.

Awful. You charged me for things you didn’t have in stock and then lied that you had packed and sent them! I have proof of this, you haven’t even sent replacements or refunded me yet! It’s actually illegal to do what you have done.

Ordered next day delivery Waited 7 days no communication rang up customer services to be told one of the items was out of stock did I want the other 3 sending I confirmed this and then I receive an email to say that the vans I had ordered were also out of stock Very bad service won’t be using again No even had the next day delivery refunded

I ordered Jeans and a hoodie at approx £70 you then only sent the £11 hoodie as the jeans that I ordered were no longer available and I had to pay the £5.99 delivery. I would have appreciated the option to cancel the order as the hoodie was only really an add on I wasn’t too fussed about. I do however appreciate your business model knowing the customer would then more than likely keep the low value item as they do not wish to pay a £5 or do to see it returned, thus ensuring USC see a small turnover. I’m sure doing this with thousands of orders really does boost revenue. The cynical side of me argues were the jeans really available to begin with as you let me complete the transaction with them in the basket. I look forward to being brushed off in your reply. Terrible! Liars! Avoid like the plague! They took my money, lied that they had for certain sent me the items I ordered then emailed me to say they weren’t in stock! So they stole my money and lied! Terrible service.

Placed order online and paid for next day delivery. 5 days later my order arrived with 5 items not there what I ordered. Theres no telephone number to call and took 4 days for a response from customer service by email. Appalling service as a first time customer it will also be the last time to. Very disappointed with the service.

Disgusting service. Having selected 2 items from the website that were both advertised as 2 for £18 I was subsequently charged £24. I emailed Customer Services to be told that no credit was due as you had to purchase 2 identical items. What rubbish. Your website didn't advertise that you had to purchase 2 of the same item (why would you)?. Very unhappy with the service and have now found another website with very similar products and equally competitive pricing. Will not use USC unless it is a last resort from now on. Despite trying to explain the Customer Service Assistant made no effort at all to resolve the issue.
