Terrible service. Ordered 2 x products from the website last Monday in time to arrive for the Friday when I needed it. Arrived Thursday with 1 product missing and the other wasn’t even the product I ordered! Told that the missing item had been cancelled as it was no longer in stock even though it was in stock at the time of purchasing. I’m still without both products! Spoken with customer services and asked that I at least get the one they have in stock ASAP as I needed it & not my fault they sent the wrong product only for them to say they will only send my x item once I have returned the wrong one- which I have done! This is terrible customer service as I paid for 2 items in good faith that they would deliver the items so why can’t they put their trust in me like I did that I will return the unwanted item and send me the one I ordered in the first place. I have told them I need it by this Friday latest but this has fallen on deaf ears. I now have zero products AND out of pocket!

Hermes the delivery service USC use is ridiculous. I took a day off work to wait in for my package. Only to find out that Hermes lied about trying to deliver. When I emailed USC about this they didnt talk took me like I was a person. I just got automatic replies. I was told I would receive a full refun. I didn't want this. I wanted my product. Stupid service. Really bad customer service. 3weeks have past since I originally Places my order. I did get my refund. But I've now got to reorder to go through it all again. It's all just frustrating. There will be no justice at the fact Hermes lied and got away with it. I'm the customer here and Hermes did not fulfil their side of the order.

If i could give zero stars I would l, shocking customer services, I paid for next day delivery on some trainers the wrong trainers arrived, i had to pay for recorded deliver, I sent over a compliant asking for my postage yo be covered as I did not receive the item I order, I received a response that completely ignored my request and even said I had changed my mind on the order this is why it was returned which is a lie, so now i am left with no trainers and a bill for postage I will be taking this complaint further

Unfortunately, I will not make more purchases in the USC. I ordered several items with delivery for the next day. I have not received the parcel. After talking to someone Cs I received a refund of shipping costs. A week passes and the parcel is still gone. I do not recommend

Second time goods have arrived damaged. The logo across the trainer on the right foot was scuffed and damaged, writing was scraped off! Last time my item had a hole in the shoulder! Absolutely poor pre inspection and poor service. Then a nightmare to get a return label as they want you to pay! Never again!

The returns policy is appalling. Not everyone lives near to a store and the price of returning items is shocking depending on weight. Would not recommend to anyone and won’t be shopping at the establishment ever again due this and the feeling of being robbed.

Placed an order for next day delivery but recieved the wrong parcel, sent it back but was informed it would take up to 7-10 days for the actual item to be sent to me again. Joke

Ordered Vans size 7 from your website and paid 4.99 for delivery to sports direct. You delivered a size 12 despite on the box saying 7. Took them back to usc in Stirling and was told I had to pay to send them back. Phoned customer services and was told to send photos which I did. Still no response. Absolutely shocking customer service. Please reply to this as I expect better

Got sent someone else’s order. Customer service were little help. I had take the parcel to a hermes collection point to wait for them to receive the parcel that they wrongly sent me before they would send out my actual order. Will not be purchasing from USC again :)

I was shocked at the state of my order when it came I collected it the outer package was ok but when I opened it I couldn't believe it most of my stuff that I ordered was hanging out packaging scrunch up in balls and the bags they were in were all ripped open that's the shocking enough but when I tried my joggers on something sharp pricked me and in the back pocket was an alarm all smashed up into bits then the Jean's I ordered were meant to be 34 waist 32 leg but were 34 waist 34 leg so I had to go into town to change them so as you can see this is why I've put 1

Quality check for sending out orders must be shocking, as the underwear I was sent was missing from the box.

Normally you have a excellent service I understand sometimes mistakes do happen but I ordered and purchased three item but two was delivered onto today I’m still protesting why I received two items instead of three but yet I’ve been told three items were scanned but two item was delivered Not tolerable at all for a company like yours it’s disgusting

I’m not very happy because I wanted to buy 2 items and then I thought oh may as well get another to save on postage but then after I had placed the order, I received an email saying the two I actually wanted were out of stock so I would have to pay £4.99 postage for something I didn’t really care about much and I couldn’t even get the things I actually wanted. Not happy
