Good product but poor customer service. Did not seem to want to help and kept sending the same copy and paste reply each time.

i would give 0 if i could. added item into cart, a day later they inform they amended my order due to stock inavailability. and proceeded to my order without consent or giving me option to add item or cancel my order. now i have only 1 item that is sent to me at a shipping cost of GBP15. cost me alot. AVOID BUYING HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM. EMAILED THEM? THEY WILL REPLY WITH "We are sorry for the inconvenience but unfortunately....". THATS ALL THEY EVER DO. NO EFFORT TO RESOLVE, IMPROVE SERVICES AND PROBLEMS OR EVEN COMPENSATION. Ever see USC Sports Direct claim any review website? of course not. BECAUSE THEY WONT HAVE GOOD REVIEWS

Placed an online order parcel arrivied and contents were damaged and looked liked they had been tried on & stuffed back into the box.

Same order. Your usc order has been refunded. Your order has been collected. ??????? I got my money back, but i really don't know why thay cancelled. The goods are still offered at usc.co.uk. They wrote: Our couriers have been unable to deliver your goods and as a result your order has been returned to sender - THAT'S LIE, they didn' even collected it, impossible in that short period of time.

Didn’t receive the shoes I ordered and the delivery company have signed for it, so don’t have a clue where my shoes have gone and I paid a good amount of money for them and your company isn’t doing anything about it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

hello, i ordered 4 items(one shoes and 3shirts) but didn't have one item in stock. They've changed the order and sent me without shoes, without asking. Now it wasn't worth buying 3 shirts while 16 € is shiping. Please ask me if I am interested!

I just done returned item and “I have told the item is faulty and they give me a refund and didn’t say the item out of stock “ and I spent £6.99 for a delivery and spent £6 to return the faulty item , how dare the customer service are.Never spent money on this company again!

I ordered a pair of jeans and paid for next day delivery, the jeans were delivered the next day as agreed but was the wrong size. I then re-ordered the jeans in the next size up, as my size wasn't available, I again paid for next day delivery......the jeans turned up 4 days later and again was the wrong size! I was offered the chance to return the goods and usc would reimburse me the charges after I'd gave them proof of postage. I found the whole experience of shopping and dealing with usc completely unsatisfactory, in fact it was dam right amature. I won't be ordering from usc or going into any of their outlets in future, the very least they should have done was reimbursed the next day delivery fee £6.99 I will share my experiences of usc amongst friends and work colleagues and advise them to give usc a miss and spend their hard earned money else where.

Wrong item sent, contacted customer service, no apology just asking for pictures of the item and barcodes etc. Sent the item back at my own expense as 2 days before first reply anyway. Really poor service

Taken money and after 1 week still no delivery. Hermes picked up 5 days ago and no delivery update rubbish customer service no email or number to call 👎👎

Items are great, but the delivery time is too long to Bulgaria. Before there was Express delivery, now only Standard.

Parcel didn't include some of the items I ordered. Tried to get in touch with customer service but they have been very slow in responding.
