Disappointed with customer services after I contacted them I replied to there response but no email back. I sent a photo proving the mistake of USC on the extra 20% off offer but no response.

I received faulty Vans trainers in a ripped box., I emailed to USC to explain because I didn't receive a returns note form or an invoice in my parcel which I paid next day delivery for. I received an email back asking for photos so they could look into my inquiry further which I sent immediately, then I got another email asking for me to fill in returns form and post them back at my own expense but I'd already explained I didn't get a replacement form. I have emailed many times since for help and tried to call but no reply on the number I had to search for. I've still had no reply. I just want a replacement pair in perfect condition and surely they can collect the faulty pair they originally sent to me.. I'm still waiting for a call or email for a solution. USC could of sent me a replacement pair by now which I need for a trip. Not happy and thinking of driving 60 miles to return them out of principle as it seems all a time delay.. Come on USC please help your regular customers.

Ordered some clothes to be delivered to a local store, wish they had warned me that they only deliver to stores on certain days. I ordered on a Saturday and the stuff was delivered the following Saturday- unfortunately I had flown on holiday on the Friday and had no way of changing the order for a sooner delivery when I found out I wouldn't have the goods on time for the holiday. Very disappointing and the "contact us" function is a joke- no way of speaking to a human- just a slow automated email. Rubbish.

Poor Service ! Ordered expensive hoody - what turned up was not the same as the pictures of the item ordered on the App ! USC don’t offer free returns policy - (if they do it’s so far hidden it’s impossible to find) I had to pay out £9 to return the item! Very disappointed in service. Why send the wrong item and why not have a very clear free returns process ! Especially as it was their mistake !!!

Whilst ordering trainers a discount code for 20% off came up but couldn’t be used . Ordered trainers any way but when , about 20 mins later I went back on line to show husband what I had bought , a new discount code came up which allowed me to take off 20% on same trainers if I ordered them again . Tried to email customer service but was fobbed off ! Not impressed

I placed an order and still havent received it through cash on collection. Today is the 7th day and there is no update on my order. Wont be ordering from here next time.

I received a promo code on the 1st of March as I have birthday on that day. Promo code was for 15% unfortunately it didn't work (only for the cheapest items socks) when my bill was 142 pounds I believe 15% is around 20 pounds not few penny like it was on the final deduction!!!! Dreadful collection process £5 to join a massive queue at the till with one person serving and 8 tills closed. Forget it I’d rather go else where !

Really bad experience. I ordered a mens large size NASA alpha industries crewneck and not only I also paid for 1 day delivery and both of the things got messed up when it came it came 2 days late and when I open the package it's a kid size crewneck I know I didn't order a kids size and it must of been a system error and when I called customer service they say it's my fault. That great thanks for your service will never order from usc anymore. I never had this kind of experience before until I ordered from usc
