Paid for next day delivery, my order arrived 4 days later. Contacted USC using their contact form on the 2nd march to find out where my order was and never received a response. Poor customer service.

Xxl turned up as ordered size was medium at best even though tags correct, website hard to navigate and would never use again.

Shocking experience. . Over a week after the item was supposed to arrive - despite paying extra for Express delivery. . Won't be shopping here again.

Both positives and negatives, used the option to click and collect from my local store, the delivery to the store was quick and prompt, also was able to collect it easily and service was great in store. However the Armani Jeans which I ordered unfortunately seemed to be a fake, using the official Armani guide to identifying fake products there were many flaws in the product which I ordered. To begin with, the Armani bird emblem on the back pocket was not made of metal, stitched on the inside hem was very poor, and lastly the packaging that it came in was not Armani packaging.

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes which was accepted. A few days later I was informed one of them wasn’t going to be sent as you didn’t have any stock left, so I replied immediately to cancel the full order. The order was still sent, meaning I had to travel to my nearest store in Yeovil to take them back. This part is partly down to me not reading the T&C’s - but I arrived to find that you don’t do refunds. So I was given a credit. I’d have spent my money elsewhere if I had realised refunds are not an option with an online order. Bit of a con if you ask me, but hey - I’ve learnt a lesson.

Sizes are wrong, customer service is appalling. Have to argue to get standards put in place by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, even then it's not upheld a lot of the time. Would give 0 stars if available

I ordered an paid for 3 items only 2 turned up all tho I was only charged for two but I ordered a tracksuit an with half of it not been sent it’s disappointing as wouldn’t have only ordered the bottoms. I got no message to say the top not in stock an only found out wen it arrived. Sent two emails to ask an complain an no reply. Not good

Poor as I was sold an item from a mismatched photograph and despite an offer of a full refund, have been inconvenienced and frustrated by the lack of personal contact to resolve on going queries regarding a possible exchange.

I ordered wrong size online but wanted to change it, got reply back saying I couldn’t as order was processed already but I had emailed before email saying it had been processed. I won’t order online again terrible customer service, also I am 100% sure I ordered a size 8 online but confirmation email said I ordered a 9 hence why I tried to change it.
