Item ordered 11/2/2019 - Not actually received my item yet - have phoned three times and emailed with no response. Very poor customer service - advisors not interested and very unhelpful WILL NEVER ORDER FROM U AGAIN

Next day delivery was in fact 4 days later, and to top it off the shoes didn’t even arrive.

Still awaiting item arriving in store to collect, this is now 8 days since I placed order and have heard nothing. Phoned store and was told it won’t arrive with them until 10 days after placing order.......maybe

The sizes in general are a joke. Some websites give you an idea of what size to order as they mention what size the model is wearing and what their build is and so you can generally work around this. I ordered 5 different t-shirts of which I will be returning 3. I ordered a small size but they actually look like medium to large. I wouldn't mind as it is expected from time to time but it is day light robbery when you have to pay for delivery irrelevant of how much you spend and then pay again to return any goods. How is it the likes of Asos or Boohoo, just to name a couple, can do this with no charge whatsoever? The customer should at least be entitled to free returns

Terrible service. Waiting to long for item to be delivered and once it did arrive it was covered in dust and the packaging was torn as well as the hanger broken! Frustrating online service as I love shopping in store at USC as the products are good quality, staff are friendly and the stores are clean and tidy!

I have not received my order yet. I have sent a question to get updates but no response yet. Please advise wer my delivery is and when do I expect it. Hermes can’t help.

Giving one cause cant give zero the customer service is shocking. It took a week to inform me of a cancellation to my order. I still had to pay for delivery. Im still waiting for a refund on the extra money paid. I am fuming.

The item I purchased was delivered and had black makeup marks on it. It was a white hoody top. I didn't have time to return it as it was a gift for my son's girlfriend for Valentine's Day. Very disappointed.

I placed an order for items to be given as Christmas presents at the beginning of December and heard nothing about the order until the beginning of February!! No opportunity to cancel as the order was no longer required (having long since given up in receiving the items). Appalling service.

Ordered two coats, one came wrapped in plastic and the other did now. Clearly had been stepped on as there were foot dusty foot prints on it. Also came with a sleeve inside out as if it had been tried on and returned. Really disappointed, will be returning.

I'm still waiting on my order, I've put in two complaints and received useless automated replies that don't help. It is with the courier but the company you chose are impossible to contact. It's very hard to get in touch with a real person to talk to on your site too. What am I to do if the customer service for both your company and the courier you use is atrocious? I want this problem fixed

Don't really appreciate spending £42 on a Lyle and Scott jumper to find a black Mark on it when opening from delivery

If I had known USC belongs to Sports Direct I would never have ordered from them . Tried phoninh customer services there phone line have not worked for 72 hours . They eventually reply to your emails but tell you a bunch of lies , apparently waiting for courier to pick items up , we have several collections in a day , so why after 13 days still not arrived . Order was eventually cancelled due to lost in the post . How could it getl ost in the post when your waiting for courier to pick up .NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT USC OR ANY OTHER SHOP THATS OWNED BY SPOFTS DIRECT

I place orders regulary with usc. I got a happy birthday code for discount and forgot to use this at checkout, i emailed straight after order was placed and was told discount cant be applied as order placed, must have to return goods and reorder, ridicolous. Also that i had no reply to 2nd email. Poor service.

Delivery times states 3-5 working days I have been waiting over 11days for my delivery.... service is shocking and won't be using USC for anything ever again and will definitely not recommend this retailer to anyone

Hello there I recently ordered two jackets for my son online. I can understand a delivery payment, but at the time I checked your returns policy and it read as if sending items back would be free. My son would like to keep one of the two jackets we received, but looking at the returns form in the package I was very upset to see i’ll need to pay to send the unwanted one back. It looks like the total postal charge for delivery and return will be around £10 which I find a difficult cost to stomach because many other retailers don’t charge such fees on their online model I rarely comment on such things, but felt the need on the occasion as it means I won’t use USC again as a retailer because with online shopping comes the problem of garments not fitting and needing to be returned.
