Did not received the order or replacement, and no refund yet. Communication is very poor, no reply to emails

Ordered on the 15th it's now the 25th my order still hasn't arrived and I payed for next day delivery

Very disappointed as the wrong colour was sent , I had ordered white and navy was sent . It was a present for my husband and as it had arrived the day before I was due to give it to him , I had to just give him the blue ones

Ordered trainers, delivery option that was given, I found out later, could not be delivered to ? Then was refunded just for the trainers not the delivery ?

Very disappointing that you sold me an item valued at €40 on the box for £55 plus £4.99p&p. Extremely dissatisfied with your response from customer service. Will look at procedures to have these goods returned and considering never to use USC again either online or at any of your stores be it high street or retail park. Tim Hogan.

The worst shopping experience. After 8 days from order I don't received the package. The tracking link on wndirect only show on transit and in Econt they say the package with this number is not in system, and what on time??? You don'provide any tim for receiving order.

Order placed 8 days ago and still not ready for collection. Emailed customer service and even that said it takes 1-3 days to reply! Rubbish, won’t bother again

Sent wrong item, had to post back at my expense and time and wait for postage refund once they have received it back and I’ve provided proof of postage. All in all inconvenient won’t order from them again. Paying delivery cost to then receive the incorrect item aswel very disappointing

Charges for delivery and returns, which is very poor. The package is lazily slapped together, and the plastic bags the items come in are not resealable. Overall very poor.

Was sent a jacket with a missing item. After returning it I didn't get a refund for the return postage and you also didn't refund the original shipping fee. VERY disappointing!!!

Ordered online as said in stock. Got confirmation took PayPal payment.. then 2 days later out of stock. Had to wait for refund. Why say in stock if not.

This is undoubtedly the worst on line shopping experience I have ever had. Wrong size shoes received in correctly marked box. Even after returning for exchange, at my expense, I received another wrong size pair. I am still without correct shoes with no sign of receiving a confirmation of a replacement. In my opinion, in order to illiminate this problem happening again, this issue should have been settled with arranged collection and direct delivery of replacement. Instead I am now expected to repeat the returns procedure, which may end with the same result. Needless to say, I probably will not use this company in future.
