Product was not the same as the product advertised! The picture displayed is totally different to the design on the shirt! For that reason I am going to return it! It is outrageous that in this case - where the item is falsely advertised - I have to pay for postage AND return! For that reason I will not be using USC again and will be advising others against using it

Received goods were two shades of blue. One of them appeared to be a display shoe that had faded. Completely unacceptable.

USC handled my order very quickly. My 1 star is for the fact that Hermes have failed to delivery two separate orders this week. One has been marked as delivered and signed for, while the other seems to be lost in the Hermes system. Very frustrating.

Didn't even receive the goods I won't be shopping again with USC and certainly won't be recommending anyone else does.

Goods are fantastic but customer service awful.I ordered next day delivery and received the parcel speared on two after 3 days with no explanation at all

Ordered a lacoste t shirt, they sent a women's us pro jacket (sports direct!!) Went in-store to sort it out. Had the re buy the t shirt and was assured I'd get a refund but 2 days later ended up with a credit not. Will not be using again

I ordered an item to collect in store - the girl behind the counter cancelled my order with me stood there - this meant that my rder was returned and lost my £4.99 delivery voucher - absolutely fuming with this store and the untrained personnel behind the till

Paid for next day delivery, but items were delivered a day later meaning I missed my delivery as no one was home to collect. Rubbish service and will not be ordering again.

I rate 0 * Sent wrong size shoes for my daughter, ordered a 2 & was sent a 1 ?? thankfully manager of local store gave me a refund as they did not have size in stock to exchange however could not refund the delivery fee. Shocking paid £5 for nothing !! Tried ringing customer services several times but failed to speak to anybody regarding what had happened. Will not be ordering from you again. Will go else where from now on.

My order was wrongly sized, so returned in store and was given a credit receipt. I placed my new order on the 14th of March and paid for next day delivery. 5 days later, and my order is no where to be seen. No tracking information, no contact information other than customer service email which can take up to 3 days to answer. This store has gone completely down hill.

Ordered a Calvin Klein underwear set, which after one wear became faulty and had ripped at the seam. I contacted customer services with photos and they said I could send it back for review (at my own cost) for them to determine whether a refund/replacement would be necessary or not, but they couldn't guarantee the outcome. As someone who works in ecommerce retail I found this to be a particularly bad customer experience and unhelpful approach. I also found USC to charge high postage costs in comparison to other online retailers.

Contacted store to see if an item was available and was told it was not, had to order this item online and wait days and also pay delivery. When I visited the store I contacted, the item was in stock by plenty in the size I wanted, staff member confirmed there was no delivery between the time I contacted and ordered. Paid delivery! Tried to cancel my order as the item was in store and was refused. Avoid Rotherham store or any store. God damn joke. Then give ya a £5 voucher. Nah I’ll have my £5 delivery back! Disgusting

Firstly most places allow returns in store but anyway I’ve returned an item as it’s the wrong size haven’t heard anything back , I’ve asked for a smaller size to be sent so not best pleased that don’t know where my return is gone and I’ll have to chase it up

If i could give 0 star I would I emailed about receiving a damaged item and I got no responce back from the customer service team. Shows how much you value your customers. Not happy
