My trainers took 11 days to arrive in store and the store I use at Bradford foster sq the staff are so miserable and unhelpful, I won’t be shopping at this store again! Disappointed after all.

I am happy with the product which meets my expectations including being sold at a great price. Collection in store took the maximum amount of time stated but this was longer than expected when compared to other stores offering this service for free. The voucher offset for the delivery to store may be a good marketing strategy but is not good for the customer and is unusual when compared to other stores which do not do this. So happy with the product but not impressed by the delivery / collection service on offer.

Quick delivery to store and good range. But charging the want to collect vs home delivery is a farce to make us buy more with a small voucher. Collection was a pain. Email gave a store number only. Went to store and was told collection was next door at Sports direct. Went next door and queued only to be told collections are upstairs. No sign advising in store. Then an even longer queue upstairs. Given voucher. To spend I'd have to go back next door to USC. Too much effort so won't order again

Prices are good however £5 delivery. I thought if i want 2 return or exchange it will be included in the £5 ive already paid. However i had 2 pay to return and exchange so that is annoying. If you know Your size then its good if not extra expense/headache. Delivery was fast and communication is good via email/txt on updates. Good easy site to use with good variety of brands and items to buy.

After ordering my items on next day delivery it took 10 days to receive my items. I would reccomend better communication with Hermes as this was the main issue with the delay off my order. Other than this customer services were excellent and really helpful. Hermes definitely let the side down.

Paid at least £5 for delivery which wasn’t even next day and waited 3-4 days for package to arrive. Product was reasonable

Your delivery and return charges are ridiculously expensive. You don't have enough shops and I need to try the clothes on and return that I don't like. Hence, I prefer to stick to Asos and NEXT.

Delivery good- very quickly. But about sizes- woman new balance sneakers was 37, not 38size and lacoste shoes for kids was 27, not 28 size 😕

I ordered shoes so far 3 times 2 date I have 1 pair that was delivered 100% The first pair I orderd one was white an the other discolored The second order I placed for a shoe paid for it only after that was told out of stock still awaiting the refund The last pair I orderd was correct

I received my package in the post in which I was excited for as its for my boyfriends birthday. Unfortunately the box was all wripped and misshapen, the shoes had a but of damage on them aswell which I am not impressed with but given his birthday is only a few days away, I have to keep them. Although the delivery was very quick and on time and the price was good for the shoes. Just hope the delivery driver takes more care next time when delivering.

Before the order to be sent I wanted to be canceled, because one of my item was out of stoke . I really do not think that your attitude is correct regarding the customer. You sent me the parcel and few hours later - you sent me mail that the order could not be canceled. Don't you think that you should change the priority. Now the delivery cost is 33% of the price of whole amount of the order. I will put that like review for "correct completed" order. Have nice day.

Very good choice and prices. Only awarded three stars as delivery is expensive, no free click and collect service and no free returns like many other companies.

Do NOT include pre-realease in any order you make. I made the mistake of spending £130 which included a pre-release item and they held my full order. I get this is in the T&Cs however my realease date was put back by 4 weeks meaning i waited 6 weeks for my order. I contacted customer service via email and was contacted by Rebbeca who told me to cancel my order and complete two separate transactions, one to have only the pre-release item. I replied stating this was not good enough as this would incur two delivery charges of £4.99 each. I’m still awaiting her reply. I did receive my order which was all grand but not a great service.
