Paid for next day delivery as I was in hospital and needed these clothes. A week later the clothes turn up. Tried chasing and no response from usc. Very poor in all aspects considering the order was £130 and I spend this most months. Time to move on I think

Awful i didnt order the slim jeam i order straight fit 1s and they also came with the security tag still on them i have contacted yous 3 times thro email since sunday nite and still no reply its a disgrace

Ordered in December. Still not received. No answer on the customer service line and checked my statement and was charged £20 to call them just to be hung up on. No answer to my emails.

Ordered online a week ago, you just took my money and didnt send the goods. Tracking has been saying delayed for 24hrs and no change. Warning people. Dont use this site it's a scam.

Paid for next day delivery. Waited in all day never turned up. Would not order from you ever again. Would advise anyone who asked not to order from you also.

Rubbish service been waiting a week for my delivery to a store - emailed to ask for an update and received a very unhelpful generic email back to say it’s been processed which I already knew. I Emailed again To ask for a timescale when it will be delivered to the store as this is my husband’s birthday present - and received no response back! Won’t be ordering again! Never had to wait so long and pay £5 for a delivery to a store! Can’t review the product because I’ve not even received it yet!

Shocking first parcel didn't turn up n then when you finally re ordered it after 3 weeks it was o/s so got refund took bout 10 days to get that so all in all it was absolute pointless exercise trying to order from you.

Took a long time to be delivered, delivery fees are expensive and should be free if collecting from store, should not have to pay to send items back, unable to take back to store to change items.

An absolute disgrace of a shop. The returns is a joke. A CON. The manager of the princess street shop Edknburgb told me QUOTE....I should go out and sell my £90 Lacoste jumper on the street. A disgrace of a shop and its workers.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience! Ordered 4 items on 16.12.19 with delivery to be before the 23.12.19. This was Xmas presents for my wife and unfortunately it was delivered until 4.1.20. I chased this at least 5 times, receiving standard replies with no real apology or resolution, with the exception of 1 message which advised that 1 item was now not available. You were recommended to me and I’m not sure I would you use this service again.

I cannot believe you have had the audacity to ask me to review USC ? I have sent an email today asking you to contact me please to explain why some of my order has not turned up ? So far this has been ignored I suggest you answer your customer service enquires regarding missing orders , before you ask the customer to rate your service

Order placed on 15th December. No next day delivery option available but website states the order will be delivered by 21st December. Less then half of the order arrives before 21st December. Most items are delivered on 27th. Not great as part of the order were Christmas presents. No joy getting through to USC customer services or to their appointed courier company to find out about the missing parcel. Overall, very bad experience and had to get Christmas presents last minute from another retailer.

This has still not been received when I paid for next day delivery. The delivery should have been received on 24.12.19
