Unfortunately I had a terrible experience! Ordered 4 items on 16.12.19 with delivery to be before the 23.12.19. This was Xmas presents for my wife and unfortunately it was delivered until 4.1.20. I chased this at least 5 times, receiving standard replies with no real apology or resolution, with the exception of 1 message which advised that 1 item was now not available. You were recommended to me and I’m not sure I would you use this service again.

I cannot believe you have had the audacity to ask me to review USC ? I have sent an email today asking you to contact me please to explain why some of my order has not turned up ? So far this has been ignored I suggest you answer your customer service enquires regarding missing orders , before you ask the customer to rate your service

Order placed on 15th December. No next day delivery option available but website states the order will be delivered by 21st December. Less then half of the order arrives before 21st December. Most items are delivered on 27th. Not great as part of the order were Christmas presents. No joy getting through to USC customer services or to their appointed courier company to find out about the missing parcel. Overall, very bad experience and had to get Christmas presents last minute from another retailer.

This has still not been received when I paid for next day delivery. The delivery should have been received on 24.12.19

I didn’t realise you send reduced tat out, if I’d have wanted sports direct stuff that was covered in reduced tickets I would have gone there

Ordered on the 8th of December on next day delivery got my 2 items on 23rd and 24th of December absolutely disgusting

If I could have given one star I would have. Paid for next day delivery. 48hrs later nothing came. Emailed USC, 48hrs later email explaining there was a problem!!! Poor customer service, took another 48hrs to get a response and then the goods where sent out next day. Honestly sort out Your communication Problems and provide staff with the correct customer service skills they are clearly lacking.

Paid for next day delivery £6.99 took 4 days to come. Waiting £17 refund on items that were out of stock despite the money was took. Email have been ignored Disgusting service

Put an order in a week before Xmas, paid for next delivery. Waited for over two days when nothing came. Emailed sent to USC waited another 48hrs for a reply. Only to be told there was a problem, yes 4 days later!!! Not impressed worst customer service, resulted in a missed birthday presents, not happy at all.

I paid for next day delivery and did not receive that service. I also contacted customer services and I am yet to receive a reply. Very disappointed

One star as sadly unable to put zero. Only one of my 3 items arrived. Customer services insist all 3 arrived despite me sending pictures twice of unopened packaging. Items now in dispute and customer services not responded to my last email asking for refund and prepaid label to return the product. This has so far cost me £81 and received 1 item to the value of £25. Made to feel like I have been dishonest. Surely their packaging is weighed therefore the company would tell not enough products sent. They are using delivery note as proof which states 3 items packaged, and so far are not admitting liability. I still await their reply.

The shoes I bought were a gift but when they arrived the box was in pieces was really disappointed but time and the quality of shoe were still high
