SENT THE WRONG STUFF ! trid phoning, no one answers the phone, suppose you pay peanuts,you get monkeys, bet this review don't make it to the customers.

As I have not even received my order after over a week and have contacted you via email as you have no phone number to find out where it is with no answer from you yet. It seems insulting to ask for a review, I would never buy anything from USC again

1. Last product was out of stock despite being in stock when ordered. 2.Wrong product then dispatched, shop unable to help, no customer service number to ring, finally got a number and useless. Email follow up not helpful either. It is hard work doing business with this lot.

Ordered 1 item and when it came it was wrong. Ordered it again - wrong again! Now its asking me to review something from fire trap when what I ordered was Tommy Hilfiger....

Sent the product , box ripped all paper in side was ripped , product was dusty and marked. Contacted customer service wasn’t bothered at all

have contacted USC via email as there is no other way of contacting them, i have not received my item having paid for next day delivery and no one has replied to my 3 emails.

Converses were dirty and marked when removed from box for first time. Will need to take back and exchange.

On hold at customer service.. next on the call over an hour spent calling no answer. Email sent days to respond.. then no further response!! Tweeted again a response then nothing £50 of my daughters Christmas money not returned!!! My order come and it was empty as confirmed by Hermes!!!!! Who is going to take responsibility for this.

orders accepted and the items are out of stock and items are cancelled, why accept orders then, have better stock management. also don't call their customer service number ITS A PREMIUM NUMBER AND NO ONE ANSWERS IT COST ME £25 AND WASTED 52 MINS

I placed an order and it was accepted, no problems, after 1 hours I get an email saying my items are out of stock and items have been cancelled, why the hell accept then order in the first place!!!!!!!! order arrives then another item is out of stock which I haven't been told about nor received a refund for yet. DONT RING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AS ITS A PREMIUM NUMBER GOT charged £25 for 2 phone calls. also no one ever answers the call in position one for 18 mins wtf.
