One item is out of stock after paid. I cannot to cancel the whole order via online system before parcel send out. No reply from CS until the parcel was sent, then reply me cannot cancel because parcel was sent. ***This is my first and upset shopping experience.***

Delivery time was over what it as stated, and in addition to this, I ordered 3 Armani shirts and they all came in the wrong size, so I had to pay to send them back & then when they re-sent them I received one which I did not order, so I had to pay to send it back again & then they tell me that the shirt that I ordered and payed for was out of stock now, definitely won’t be buying from here again.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address by Hermes delivery driver and didn’t find out we’re my parcel had gone till I went away on holiday now I am back off holiday one of the items doesn’t fit but because it’s now been over a month I can’t return it

I recieved an email where I was offered 15% discount because I have a birthday but when I tried to use the discount code it did not worked! After that I placed my order and when contacted the support I recieved an answer "The code was not used on this purchase". How should I have used the wrong discount code?

I Was bought a pair of mens soviet rewind boots for £30 as a xmas present 2019,wore them twice in february 2020,and the heel came apart at the back and the insignia badge fell off on the second time of wearing Disappointed because not sure if i can return as faulty as i dont have the box anymore and due to the timeline may have expired.needless to say i would not recommend these boots

Recieved the wrong colour socks and boxers with the security tags still on... had to pay to send them back and they sent out the wrong couler socks again... i had to email to try and get a refund for my return postage as it was not my fault... poor response time and never recied my refund and still i have the wrong coulerd socks... i paid alot of money but now cannot be bothered trying to send them back again as it will cost me more money... waste of my money and time and will never shop here again... no customer service contact number and poor response times and no refund given for postage... i will go elsewhere from now on

As I have not even received my order after over a week and have contacted you via email as you have no phone number to find out where it is with no answer from you yet. It seems insulting to ask for a review, I would never buy anything from USC again

1. Last product was out of stock despite being in stock when ordered. 2.Wrong product then dispatched, shop unable to help, no customer service number to ring, finally got a number and useless. Email follow up not helpful either. It is hard work doing business with this lot.

Ordered 1 item and when it came it was wrong. Ordered it again - wrong again! Now its asking me to review something from fire trap when what I ordered was Tommy Hilfiger....
