“Took nearly 10 days to deliver goods Even though I paid for next day delivery, no contact from your so called customer service team When I finically received the goods all I got was a refund for delivery no good will voucher or anything like that Will never use again and have told lots of people what service you offer”

“I received my order with an item missing. I contacted USC and was asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I was also told someone will get back to me between 4-24hrs that was 5 days ago & still no one has contacted me, sent my item or refund. Every attempt to get this issue sorted since then has been ignored and I am unable to send messages via the message link online. It’s been 10days since I paid for my item & still don’t have it.”

“20% discount after I had made my order very unhappy with THIS stupid way to do business. I would of got more if the 20% discount was offered to me before as pay day deal or something NOT AFTER . STUPID AND SAD THANKS FOR ?? NOTHING AT ALL ......”

“Delivery time was over what it as stated, and in addition to this, I ordered 3 Armani shirts and they all came in the wrong size, so I had to pay to send them back & then when they re-sent them I received one which I did not order, so I had to pay to send it back again & then they tell me that the shirt that I ordered and payed for was out of stock now, definitely won’t be buying from here again.”

“I Was bought a pair of mens soviet rewind boots for £30 as a xmas present 2019,wore them twice in february 2020,and the heel came apart at the back and the insignia badge fell off on the second time of wearing Disappointed because not sure if i can return as faulty as i dont have the box anymore and due to the timeline may have expired.needless to say i would not recommend these boots”

“Recieved the wrong colour socks and boxers with the security tags still on... had to pay to send them back and they sent out the wrong couler socks again... i had to email to try and get a refund for my return postage as it was not my fault... poor response time and never recied my refund and still i have the wrong coulerd socks... i paid alot of money but now cannot be bothered trying to send them back again as it will cost me more money... waste of my money and time and will never shop here again... no customer service contact number and poor response times and no refund given for postage... i will go elsewhere from now on”
