“Absolutely TERRIBLE service. STILL waiting on items and the customer service is non existent. Whilst I completely appreciate the current situation, I have been ordering from various other companies without the same shambolic turnaround and service. It’s taken so long half my items now out of stock and I’m still waiting on the IN STOCK items and my partial refund... AVOID!!! Til the world goes back to normal anyway!”

“I ordered Boss trainers and a T-shirt. Both came and the box with the training shoes in was absolutely filthy but when I removed the T-shirt from the package it looked as if it had been kicked around the warehouse floor it was absolutely disgusting. I’ve sent an email of complaint but surprise surprise I’ve had no response.”

“Very poor that there are no free returns . Due to all the shops being shut due to covid 19 there is no option to return to a store so the least Usc could do would be to offer free returns . Very disappointing”

“Ordered my items on the 9th March received tracking details with Hermes and since then nothing. Sent them 12 emails not one has been replied to.Still no refund or items or update with tracking disgusting and disgraceful.”

“Usually love shopping here even though delivery is so expensive but my most current order that arrived last week was missing one item that I had already paid for. I’ve contacted them but no answer. No customer service offered. I would suggest you go somewhere else unless you want to pay for items that will never arrive”

“I’m still awaiting for my shoes! I purchased on 05/04 and today is 12/04 still nothing. I understand that these are difficult times but do not let make any purchases if cannot deliver! The courier called Hermes is completely rubbish! No communication at all. I am really not happy! Beatrix”

“Don’t even deserve one star. Several items from the order have been cancelled. Nobody asked if I wanted the remaining ones delivered or not. Still waiting for refunds. Customer Services are the worst I have ever come across. Nobody cares, nobody replies to your emails and there is no possibility to phone them. Absolutely disgusting.”
