I received the wrong items, so sent an email to complain. Still haven’t heard anything back nearly 2 weeks on.

Don't pay for next day delivery rip off clothes arrived 2 days later. No free returns. Never knew Mike Ashley owned usc till now will not order again, will probably have to wait 6 months for items returned to be refunded too!

Shopped with USC before but will not be again, received this t shirt last week and it looks like it has been pulled out of a bush connected customer service but haven’t heard anything back not happy

Worst Online Shopping Experience i have ever had .. Was charged £15.98 Delivery and then another £14 to return some of the items. I emailed customer service and got a very short sarcastic response from “Stevie” Shocking and have shared my experience on social media ! With The Headline.. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

T shirts arrived in a quick manor, although 2 of them have still got the tags on, I have no way of getting them off and now have to wait until shops reopen to see if they can remove them for me. Very disappointed

Absolutely terrible I made an order 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for delivery...? And have had very little correspondence.. and have spent a lot of money with u... disappointed is an understatement. Poor

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. STILL waiting on items and the customer service is non existent. Whilst I completely appreciate the current situation, I have been ordering from various other companies without the same shambolic turnaround and service. It’s taken so long half my items now out of stock and I’m still waiting on the IN STOCK items and my partial refund... AVOID!!! Til the world goes back to normal anyway!

I ordered Boss trainers and a T-shirt. Both came and the box with the training shoes in was absolutely filthy but when I removed the T-shirt from the package it looked as if it had been kicked around the warehouse floor it was absolutely disgusting. I’ve sent an email of complaint but surprise surprise I’ve had no response.

I haven’t received my item yet. I have tried to contact USC by email and as yet no one has got back to me. I am really unhappy and unimpressed.

Very poor that there are no free returns . Due to all the shops being shut due to covid 19 there is no option to return to a store so the least Usc could do would be to offer free returns . Very disappointing

Ordered my items on the 9th March received tracking details with Hermes and since then nothing. Sent them 12 emails not one has been replied to.Still no refund or items or update with tracking disgusting and disgraceful.

Usually love shopping here even though delivery is so expensive but my most current order that arrived last week was missing one item that I had already paid for. I’ve contacted them but no answer. No customer service offered. I would suggest you go somewhere else unless you want to pay for items that will never arrive

Very very disappointed you delivered the top to my Airwall tracksuit with the alarm still on the hood it left me feeling very very disappointed as it upset me as I had bought the tracksuit for a very special occasion.
