“I ordered two tops they got my order wrong. Eventually they came and they sent me an extra top so more money came out my bank. Not happy”

“Did not arrive on time, 1 item missing, no paperwork in parcel, need to return 2 items, no phone numbers working, sent 3 enaiks with no reply, absolutely disgusting, you can tell sports direct now own them”

“Terrible, still haven't received my order which was ordered a week ago. I paid for the next day delivery so should have received it on the Saturday. Have emailed twice since and have still not had a reply. The money has been taken from my account but I still have no goods or information about what is happening with my order.”

“I wish I could give 0 stars. I will never order from USC again. Terrible service. They did not refund me for some of the items which I had returned so I emailed them. 5 weeks later I eventually got a reply saying they did not receive the other items! They should refund me another £20 but they are saying I am lying and never returned more than 2 items, when in fact I returned 4 items. I wish I had read previous reviews before ordering from this shop as most of them are disgusting.”

“Nearly every item I bought does not fit. Tshirts for my son are either too small or huge. I bought two pairs of sliders, both a size 5 yet they look totally different sizes! One pair is too small. The low review is the for the fact I can only return the items if I pay for postage, I already paid for delivery. Absolute waste of time.”

“Nothing was wrong with the shopping experience online but after paying just under £200 for clothes and express delivery and my stuff not arriving is bang out of order and the fact that the customer care team has still not replied is unacceptable, I really hope someone is in touch soon.”

“I paid for next day delivery and the driver “attempted to deliver” and couldn’t make it then it was delivered two days later. The company has refused to refund what I paid for. Not a good experience and the items were poorly packed.”

“We’ll where should I start I ordered a pair of trainers and paid for next day delivery and a week and a half later I am still waiting for my trainers yet dpd have recieved my order but they state that they still haven’t received my parcel so not happy and after numerous attempts to contact you I still haven’t got a reply”
