“Ordered police jeans and a superdry jumper I got the jumper but got a T-shirt instead of the jeans I ordered , I sent a email and still no reply from yourselves, don’t think I should pay return fees as this is a fault from one of your staff”

“Did not receive items even though I’ve had a message to say they have been delivered. Can not contact anyone by phone at the moment and have sent emails that have not been replied to. Surely if there are people working to ship orders there should be someone at customer care”

“Poor customer service and packaging that is as part of the item i.e Adidas shoes in Adidas box or Ralph Lauren boxers in Ralph Lauren packaging was extremely damaged, don’t buy anything from here as a present for someone.”

“Ordered a bunch of products work over £80, music's courier then reported it as delivered but it has not been. Have since been trying to contact customer services from USC but they have no responded to an email or tweet and have no phone number to call. Save yourself the stress do not order from here.”

“Horrendous! No contact for over 2 weeks after order placed, 1 item got cancelled with no explanation, order arrived in separate packages on different days. One item was damaged slightly but I cant be bothered to return it due to poor customer service. I'm a long standing customer and feel let down.”

“I have already sent a complaint about my order but haven’t heard anything back. The items were presents and came severely damaged and I wasn’t able to give them as gifts unfortunately. Very disappointed.”

“I have ordered before, while I was still living in Scotland, from the USC website and everything was just fine. Now, as I made an order from another EU country I am honestly disappointed. I still have not received anything and it's been 10 days :-(”

“Terrible, still haven't received my order which was ordered a week ago. I paid for the next day delivery so should have received it on the Saturday. Have emailed twice since and have still not had a reply. The money has been taken from my account but I still have no goods or information about what is happening with my order.”
