“I order 2 T-shirt’s for Father’s Day, paid next day delivery. They did not turn up on time. A week and 6 messages to USC later, I’m still yet to receive a reply or a refund”

“After paying for next day delivery and still I haven’t received my goods I am not best pleased. Not a great time to ask for a review. Why are you still changing for next day delivery when you know you cannot uphold that service.”

“Tracking says item delivered but I never received it. Been over a week and still no further to knowing where it is. Customer service is awful and I feel they’re reluctant to refund my £150! Won’t be shopping online with Usc again”

“I emailed usc about an issue with my order of 6 t shirts which involved 1 in the wrong size and 1 left with a security tag on yet I have no response from anyone appalled with the service and won’t be shopping here again”

“Paid for next day delivery for it to be delivered 3 days after when it should have been and items being cancelled within the order which were part of a deal meaning I did not get the deal. Very poor. Have now received my refund of the delivery charge but still poor service.”

“Terrible, 1 item not in stock other items sent was (Calvin Klein boxers) and 1 pair is missing had no refund for item in stock or missing pair of boxer shorts .had no help or refund as yet .not good for my first order with usc”

“Nightmare don’t recommend. I’ve spent over £200 and the parcel never been delivered i was try to chase them but it’s no chance I could talk to costumer service no one is answering”
