“I have emailed head office but no reply. Ordered 2 tops. Next day usc sent email with further 20% off. The tops not been delivered. So I ask for the 20%. Not heard back? Still waiting. Doubt I will get a reply, here’s hoping!!”

“I’m still waiting on my order I got sent the wrong item I’m waiting on a Tommy Jeans White polo top but instead I was sent a vest it’s embarrassing the service I’ve received is very poor quality and don’t think I would order from USC again I have sent the vest back which has cost me postage due to your mistake ! Sorry but this is how I feel the picture of the polo top below was not what I received I’m still waiting for it to arrive Regards John Mackay”

“My parcel was never delivered. Hermes update said package was damaged before it was delivered. I have no idea what the status is. I sent a message to USC customer services. No response. This needs to be rectified or I will take action.”
