I returned some items but after 18 days still missing refund money !! Terrible customer support.

If I could this would be a proper sweary review and a rocket when the sun doesn't shine for the muppets at USC. ordered a paul smith polo shirt and got sent a spider-man outfit aged 3-4! Customer services none existent so I'll be using resolve or contacting paypal to get my money back. Avoid this company and anything Mike Ashley has anything to do with as it's just a con.

I have been waiting for one of my orders for more than a month. I wrote an e-mail to your email address 2 weeks ago and I have no reply to this day. The worst service I've ever seen!

I still haven't received my order which was placed over a week ago to be delivered next day and your web site has not let me get in touch with you. Every time I try to send a message it says " can it send message ".

Would not recommend buying online. 2 weeks wait for an order, wrong trainers sent and still waiting for a response to my complaint. Incompetent comes to mind!!!!

Item packaging unacceptable. T-shirt Lacoste received totally wrinkled. Not looked like new. Could not wear it straight away. Very disappointed !!!

Only giving one star as there isn’t a zero stars option😔. Placed my order on 5th may, as of 15th may, still not received my goods, and the only time they have corresponded is when I have contacted them to chase the order up. Still not received a confirmation to say the goods have been sent, only repeated the original confirmation of the order. Will not be using them again if this is the way they treat customers

Customer service is a disgrace when returning things back. Wouldn't recommend buying online costs you for delivery and returns.

1st order didn't arrive drawn out affair with customer service resulted in a refund recorder next day delivery and I've still not got my order should arrive today but it's still in the usc warehouse on the track my order very disappointed

Recieved faulty items, and seemed as though they were returns previously with marks and scuffs (on the footwear) Make sure you send pictures to USC if returning faulty goods before returning them, as they will NOT reimburse return postage costs. It cost me £8.99 2nd class to return as the boots were heavy, quite disappointed.

I paid for next day delivery but didn't receive my parcel until 8.00pm, two days later. I didn't even get a reason why the parcel was not delivered next day. ☹☹

5 items took longer than expected to be delivered. They arrived in 2 parts by Hermes who left them outside the building without notice on separate days (days apart). Trying to find out what was happening with delivery - contacting USC by email was completely ignored, not even acknowledged! Disappointing service overall.

Waiting over 11 days now for a order that was supposed to arrive 2-3 days after I ordered it, you cant get hold of anybody from this company to query your order, do not use! There are companys with 100000x better customer service

Horrible experience! Only 6 of the 7 items I ordered and paid for have come which an item in the order was also the incorrect size, have used the contact us to get hold of someone to try and resolve this which I did on Tuesday and someone got back to me on Friday to say they would look into it and would be in contact with me in 4-24 hours and 2 days later still not heard back from anyone. At this point I’m close to just getting my bank to do a chargeback.

I ordered 12 items 3 of the items were damaged so i had to return them which cost me £11 its been a week and ive still not had a refund for my returned items i expected better from this company
