“Nearly every item I bought does not fit. Tshirts for my son are either too small or huge. I bought two pairs of sliders, both a size 5 yet they look totally different sizes! One pair is too small. The low review is the for the fact I can only return the items if I pay for postage, I already paid for delivery. Absolute waste of time.”

“Nothing was wrong with the shopping experience online but after paying just under £200 for clothes and express delivery and my stuff not arriving is bang out of order and the fact that the customer care team has still not replied is unacceptable, I really hope someone is in touch soon.”

“I paid for next day delivery and the driver “attempted to deliver” and couldn’t make it then it was delivered two days later. The company has refused to refund what I paid for. Not a good experience and the items were poorly packed.”

“We’ll where should I start I ordered a pair of trainers and paid for next day delivery and a week and a half later I am still waiting for my trainers yet dpd have recieved my order but they state that they still haven’t received my parcel so not happy and after numerous attempts to contact you I still haven’t got a reply”

“If I could this would be a proper sweary review and a rocket when the sun doesn't shine for the muppets at USC. ordered a paul smith polo shirt and got sent a spider-man outfit aged 3-4! Customer services none existent so I'll be using resolve or contacting paypal to get my money back. Avoid this company and anything Mike Ashley has anything to do with as it's just a con.”
