Had no idea this was sports direct in disguise. Item came damaged and had not been looked after. The picker should have seen what a state it was in and never sent it but that's what you get with sports direct. Will never be using them again.

My wife make a order and usc charge money from her. After couple days she get a email,that her stuff is out of order. Its 3rd week when she still waiting her money back

Ordered 2 pairs of Jeans on the 26th of December. As of today the 7th of January they STILL haven’t been delivered to the nominated store for collection despite being charged £4.99 for the privilege.......pathetic service why did I even bother 😡

Selecting neighbouring address as a deliver address and emailed them immediately to advise of the error. Was told that their was nothing that they could do and the parcel was attempted to be delivered next door who were out so the package was returned to USC... still waiting for me package. They use Hermes who are no where near as good as DPD where you can change you deliver address and manage your delivery

I’m only giving one star as there isn’t a option for zero. The whole experience was awful and I will never use you again. The biggest disgusting thing about your company is that you charge to get products sent to your own store! Not a pound like others I know but £4.99! Vile

Hi , I ordered a champion jogger Snr82 product code : 482302/03/350 ( See attached below ) https://gyazo.com/c61ed5440443d077379befa77c4c9b7c Instead I received a different looking champion Jogger that looked nothing like in the picture. The product code is 482302 033500. It looked like this , ( See link below ). As you can see the sign is below the pocket , the laces are black and most importantly the bottom of the joggers are quite wide. The one I ordered looked like this ( See link below ) https://gyazo.com/8ab8485fd75fb4f30181006c10ffe10c I don't wish to keep the one I received , please advise as I want to exchange it. I don't want to bear any cost as this was an error from your side.

I make a order and pay for this order. Then After two days USC send me email couse my item is out off stock. They charge a money from my bank acc, and i still didin't back my money back + USC didin't answered for my messeged. Poor service never buy again from this shop!!!!

I order a 3 pair of Calvin Klein boxers at 29.99 and you sent me the wrong order - 1 pair of boxers! After struggling to get hold of customer service I finally got an email back asking me to return item for refund! Just send my item awful service and how do you send 1 pair of boxers instead of 3?????

Ordered the product 11 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived so you are a bit early in asking me for a review. Certainly not impressed with your delivery service .. not the first time I’ve had problems with it.

Ordered a replay men’s t-shirt in white size large, They sent me the wrong size in medium and the t-shirt looked second hand.. I posted the t-shirt back via Royal Mail that cost me £4.45 and after 5 emails still haven’t been refunded back.. There customer service is very rude unprofessional very slow to reply back.. Will not be shopping with them again..!!!

Very disappointed! I ordered 2 items and paid an expensive delivery fee, only to be emailed a couple days later that one of my items was not available! This meant that the cheaper item that was in stock ended up not being cheap because of the high delivery fee! I wouldn’t have bothered ordering the one item if I had known at the time that the other item wasn’t available. You should advise before an item is ordered whether it is in stock or not!

Order a product on Boxing Day. Was dispatched with 2/3 days. However the product then was supposed delivered to my house but had actually gone missing and hadn’t been delivered at all. Customer service is awful. No phone number available on app to talk to an actual person. Only a complaint enquiry form which take 1-3 working days for them to respond. Overall awful service and awful customer service.

I placed an order and paid extra for quicker delivery. A few days later got an email saying they didn't have most of the order only 1 item. I tried to cancel but they couldn't as they said it had been collected by the courier, its now over a week later and I still haven't received the order which I plan on returning now. I wouldn't use online shop again.

Opened up parcel containing the coat I ordered for delivery for a Christmas Present to find it had muddy foot prints over the back of coat. To late to return as the parcel was only collected late Christmas Eve, won’t order from your company again. As quality control clearly wasn’t followed when packaging.

Very bad experience horrible customer service I order items in 22 of December for next day delivery it was Birthday gift I contact you staff to ask where is my items they say is coming soon Any way I ask them to cancel my order and refund my money and they say ok from 2 to 5 working days gonna appear in my account and tell now I’m waiting from 27 of December to 5of December What a trash
