Item was delivered with security tags still attached so pretty useless if you ask me.

I was charged a delivery charge of £4.99 even though I received an email on Xmas day saying I would get free delivery if I ordered on Christmas Day and spent more that £10.00. I spoke to the store where I collect and they said they couldn’t help. I use the online service often and I’ve never had an issue. I feel like the email was a scam.

I’m not impressed with USC’s online delivery for two reasons. Firstly I was not impressed at having to pay for delivery to collect in store. However I chose 2-3 day delivery and paid for delivery only to wait for 8 days for them to be collected. Lastly, it was not clear that returns were also at my cost! This is especially infuriating when the items were so late. I will not buy from USC online again.

Didn’t have an item in stock and didn’t give me opportunity to substitute item before it was dispatched meaning if I still wanted an alternative I would have had to have laid additional postage.

Very disappointed to have to pay for only one option offered on delivery. The only option was £4.99. The parcel arrived and I found That I needed to return the parcelnas the product was the incorrect size. My qualms is that I then had to pay for extra postage to return the parcel. The returns label was NOT prepaid. This is extremely poor service from USC. I will NOT be shopping here again

Bought an item, paid premium next day delivery, received a text saying it would be delivered on 23rd, stayed in all day. No parcel. Contacted customer services regarding being charged for premium next day to not receive still waiting for customer services to contact me regarding this issue. Poor service, lack of contact and damaged packaging.

I ordered a pair of vans, the main thing I wanted was the fx highlighter in the shade Halo. However, when I got my order it was said the highlighter was out of stock. But I was on the website and it's in stock. I paid for the delivery and the main thing I wanted did not come. I'm really unhappy with the service

Hermes said they delivered package waited in all day and it didn’t turn up. Absolute mick taken never ordering from you again. £26.99 probs won’t get back either

Not happy at all, order took a week to arrive but more importantly I bought this jacket because it was advertised as DOWN filled, this is not the case it's filled with poly down which is man made, much as I like the jacket and will keep it this is NOT what I ordered.

All the clothes i bought for my son were all small although i bought two sizes bigger very disappointed and on top of that i have to psy postage to return the clitged. Cannot return in store either such a dissapointment. I've paid for nothing in hand I wont b shopping online again

I ordered 3 pairs of same jeans, I received 1 right pair and 2 different pairs!! And had nothing but carry in trying to get refund and contact you.... will never order from you again.

I ordered and have not received my package yet but I got an email saying it has been delivered. I have then emailed enquiring about this situation but no one has got back to me. Not happy at all!

The first order I made was cancelled after 2 days via email as the collection point was no longer in use. It would have been nice to have been offered another collection point before completely cancelling my order just before Christmas. It is USC’s responsibility to update your website and provide correct information on your websites so that these things don’t happen, disappointed.

I paid £6.99 for nominated delivery on the 22nd Dec as items purchased were for Christmas presents. These were not delivered until the 28th. Not impressed.

Awful awful service. Which resulted in two very disappointed family members on Christmas morning. I placed two separate orders on this website and both products received were not acceptable. With the first order, I ordered a bobble hat. The hat comes in three colours and the recipient had specifically chosen the black bobble hat. When I opened the parcel to wrap up the present i had been sent the red one but by this point it was too late to order the right one in time. When rechecking the website it turned out that they had the images for the red and black bobble hats mixed up. So the picture was with the wrong information. With the second order I ordered a white and olive LA dodgers cap. Again when I opened the parcel to wrap it up the product was in an awful state. The peak of the hat had been squashed out of shape and there were black smudges on the front of the cap so it is unwearable. Considering these items weren’t cheap (value of £50) and I had paid £5.99 for each parcel to be delivered in time for Christmas, I think this is absolutely disgusting and I will not be using USC again. I will also be reaching out to customer service directly to discuss the refund/exchange and compensation before progressing this further.
