Placed two separate orders on the 17th December both due to arrive before Christmas and neither have turned up (now 27th Dec). Tracking information hasn't been updated by the courier and USC haven't responded to my emails trying to find out where my items are.

Change parcel delivery service. Hermes are awful and parcels are always late. Ordered on 14th December still waiting nearly 2 weeks later

Ordered for the first time on 19/12/18 hoping to collect before Xmas. Was despatched to store on 20/12 so so far so good. No second email to collect on 23/12 so emailed customer services, then again twice after Xmas with no replies at all. Chanced collecting in store even though still no second email to collect and was told it wasn't there and they couldn't help further. 27/12 and still no response and no item has showed up.

The package was assigned as ‘return to sender’ by Hermes with no delivery attempted. There was no attempt at contact from the driver and I was home all day on the 22nd awaiting the parcel (notified by SMS to expect delivery on this date). Extremely frustrating at having to pay a delivery fee only for no delivery to take place. Still without item and bitterly disappointed in the process of delivery, or lack thereof.

Its been 9 days since my last order and i dont know anything about the order.. the awb that u sent me it doesnt work .. and when i call at the local courier they dont answer . P.s. : they finally answer my phone and they told me to comen back in 2 hours because he is not at the office . How unprofesional 😐

I was over charged for my purchase. It says £25 on the price tag but was charged £30. Was not offered refund so will be taken it further

Because of the problem I faced, I asked for 3 pieces of bags, and there was no spare but the piece was shipped at 3 pieces

Awful. I ordered Calvin klien underwear from here. They came with the security tag still attached so I am imable to wear them, the box was broken and I’m sure they are not real. I am really really disappointed with this as they were for my boyfriend’s birthday. Will never order from here again.

I still haven’t received my parcel.it was meant to be here 22nd,it was an Xmas present so not happy at all and courier has not respsonded to queries.please issue refund immediately

Ordered a Christmas present online. Order was processed successfully and the money was taken from my account. The next day I received an email advising the item was out of stock and I would be refunded. Tried to get the item in store, item was more expensive. Poor customer service and stock management. Won’t be ordering online again.

Still yet to receive response to query i have emailed regarding delivery that dpd have failed to make since notifying me my purchase was ready to be collected from agreed location on 20th December. Not impressed and a Christmas present down!
